There is a better way to handle customers than this, the staff is at fault, they are being sarcastic and escalating the situation.
An establishment that serves alcohol should be more prepared for this type of situation, the staff was unable to deescalate the situation and that reflects poorly on them.

Bullies typically prey on defenseless victims. When they get pushback, as evidenced by this video, they are more likely to go back into their shell.
