I think the proplem was that you put a cup of milk I just made Crepes yesterday and this is my recipe Half cup of flour Half cup of milk 1 Egg 2 Table spoon of water Half tea spoon of sugar Half tea spoon of salt 1 Table spoon of melted butter 1 Tea spoon of vanilla ( I just add it because I love vanilla ) So first thing you put the egg and then add the water and the salt and sugar and then mix it and then you add a little bit of flour and mix and then a little bit of milk and mix you need to do this until the flour and the milk is done and then you add the melted butter and then mix it what I like is I put it on the fridge for about 45 minutes but it's okay if you didn't and then you put it in the pan and here you go trust me it's really good
