Today In our village we cook the spicy mutton recipe in Tawa. Mutton Tawa Fry is one of the perfect recipe for who like mutton sukka, mutton roast recipies.
We first cook the mutton with some traditional hand-ground masala then we fry the mutton with that Tawa by adding some more ingredients mainly Homemade Ghee.
The taste is delicious!
