- Hi everyone!
Today I will be testing and showing a entire wash cycle on my MODIFIED - THEO KLEIN BOSCH HOME PROFESSIONAL Toy Washer!
I have to say I am very excited to share with you the First Wash of my new Modified Toy!
The First half of the Video is the demonstration of all the controlled I have added and the second part of the Video shows a whole cycle I basically controlled from the buttons on the back.
I have ordered this toy for my collection but as it wasn’t very good I decided to modify it.

For everyone who would like to know:
I added 3 pumps into this machine:
1 for Water Inlet from a bottle of water
1 for the Water outlet to pump the water out easier while spinning
1 for the 4D washer System
Just so that I can have an eye on what’s working I have added little lamps on the corner to see which switch is working.

How do you modify it? This was my dream as a child
Honestly I took it completely apart and rebuild it with additional water pumps and a main electricity cable to supply a USB board & new Motor inside the machine with electricity and blinking LED lights.
In the future if I have time I will sit down and make a video of how I build it :)

Useful Mod,It's a Real Washer-a-like. when also "Circuit Bent" are be useful if has a Audio/Video as Keyboard/VCR's - but this Washer aren't has a Visuality but also of Functionality as Washing. When one question: DC Motor are be a "Maibuchi"? (VWestLife was reviewing at Cassette Players)

I can do a little video some time on how to do this kind of stuff. Extras you need to make this: a powerful mini motor, Motor electricity circuit board, a couple of buttons and Fish tank water pumps. Oh also LOTS of glue!

With a little understand of electrics you should be able to do it! :) You will need to buy a couple of things on eBay like a pump and a new motor and electricity came!

Do u know whar rpm the original motor can do at max speed
It is a DC 12V 10000RPM motor. I think in the machine it reaches 1600-1800RPM

@@applianceguy That's just...awful...Why would they make it even smaller? Those drums on those theo klein washing machines were already tiny and now they made it even smaller. I really like this toy especially the glass door but it's annoying that de drum is very tiny and the risk of buying one of these toys and getting a warped or bent drum is way bigger...
@@applianceguy i've also seen a toy aeg electrolux from theo klein that had a glass door from a miele toy washing machine and you could put water in it. I don't know if it was a prototype though...

how did you do the forward and backwards cycle
there is a button going to a little circuit board that reverts the electricity input. To be honest you can just buy the circuit board on Amazon and it has to inputs for buttons which you connect to them. Search motor control board with reversing input.

What was the rpm?
I would say 1800 but I cant really messure it. The Motor is a 20000RPM but due to the weight it wont ever reach that power in the drum

Very ugly water bottle. You need to get a water pump and to put water bottle on the table not on the washer
There is a water pump already I side! It sucks the water from the bottle into the machine from the back! I normally use a big 2L water bottle so I don’t have to constantly fill it up ... but thought I should use for the video a small water bottle 🤷🏻♂️
