I believe it was stated in an investors call that Rockstar is aiming for a March 2025 release at the earliest. Their goal is to make it just in time for the 2024 fiscal year and that's why the release window is for 2025. Whether or not they will actually make it is anyone's guess but I do think it a delay is highly possible. On the other hand, RDR2 was delayed to add things like New Austin and such, so unless they plan on adding an entre new zone at the very last minute it's equally possible they could actually make the 2025 release.
it’s already been delayed, gta 6 was supposed to come out late 2024 and now it’s delayed until 2025
There's never been anything stated officially by anyone regarding a 2024 release date. That was just a rumor spread around by idiots that don't know what a fiscal year is.

Actually, airport in GTA Vice City had two names, Escobar International Airport (EIA) and Vice City International Airport (VCIA or, like in trailer VCI Airport).

with the angle monitor being present I hope there’s other states in the game because that doesn’t make sense for Lucia to be on probation, preventing her from going in other places in Leonida only thing that would make sense is if she’s on house arrest🤔
No they can restrict you by county
Geo-fenced parole exists, restrictions on radius can be as simple as a set distance radius from place of residence, or as harsh as strictly defined paths to and from work with contact to PO to go anywhere else.
Geo-fencing in that regard is pretty flexsble.
I don't think they'll throw in Florida's neighboring states.

The north point mall will return and many new clothing/jewel brands will be added to those from GTA5, and before you ask i don't know if it's enterable. Proof, you see the pillar with the brands on the right if you pause at 7:11
