Every time I see the apartments, I just know there will be some sticker fun. Just do the right thing people! Dude with the car that has no where to park - you do not get a pass because you have always parked there 🤣
Just because you have parked there in the past, doesn't mean you still can, if they don't want you to. People need to grow up and take responsibility. Why is this lady asking the tow company about her property issues? Strange.
Because if they had actually been using the path to enter their yard for years, they could actually go to court for an easement. It doesn't sound like that was the actual case with this instance, but if you purchase property with a definable path to someone else's property, it is illegal to block that path.
That's not what she was saying. Dude who got towed, lied, and she thought it was on her property, not where it actually was. Do you have such a massive hate boner that you can't wait to stick it in or what?
The owners/managers of those apartments should upgrade the parking stickers: Have the apartment number on each one, and have the apartment manager physically attach each sticker to the windshield. No more "trusting" the tenants to do the job. (And the stickers should be water proof if attached to the outside of the windshield, or have the sticky stuff on the face of the sticker and attach it to the inside of the windshield.)
@@ThomasKent1346 Putting the vehicle tag # & the VIN # on the stickers is the ideal way to go in my opinion. Makes Jeffs job so much easier that way. There is no ambiguity and it stops dead the practice of sticker sharing. No more bs stories from people claiming all sorts of nonsense to try and delay the inevitable. Of course if the office was capable they could gather that info on each vehicle prior to issuing the stickers and give the list to Jeff. Then he can look up the sticker number and it will list the color, make, model, tag & vin for that number. That would give him multiple reference points in case the vin is intentionally covered or whatever. Seems like management is a big problem at this building. They let things get so out of hand before they acted which just makes it harder for everyone. That includes them, the rule following tenants, the tow company and even the jerk tenants who are breaking the rules.

Hi just a bit of suggestion to quell the illegal transfer or usage of parking stickers is for the property owner/manager to ensure that the sticker was physically placed on the authorized car and not left to the discretion of the lessee. This is likewise to dispel the notion of connivance.
Yeah same, our office physical recorded the sticker going on a vehicle. A 7 second .gif goes in everyone's file, same guy does it, overseen by one other, both upload and check the boxes. Cannot be swindled. But they try. Lol

They probably just didn't examine the sticker close enough to see where you peel off the clear and then adhere it to the inside of the glass. I've never seen permit stickers (nowadays) to go on glass, put on the outside. There's two logical reasons for that, first of all it would be very easy for someone to take and second it wouldn't last very long exposed to the elements. Whatever happened to Common Sense?
Yeah, they say you go after people down on their luck. I hear it when we try to raise dues in our hoa, that's not it. People down on their luck don't park cars where they can get in trouble. My sister was towed some years ago. She went and paid the fine. Never tried to get out of it with explanations or sob stories. She did wrong and made it good.
I’ve got a question pertaining to the illegal parks at the apartment complex, whenever you have to tow a vehicle, why not have the property manager meet you down there so he/she can explain this sticker situation themselves, unless of course they live out of state or something? There’s no way I could be as patient as y’all are, no way!
Bahahaha!! The lady in apartments tried the it was laying on dashboard. No ma'am, it was down in console and they watched you grab it and put it on dash. 😂😂😂
they need to make the parking passes so they attach to the inside of the window and strictly state they have to be in a certain spot and if not it is towed

That was an extremely civil and polite conversation on the part of all parties for the first part of the video. I wasn't surprised that this was in Tennessee. It's possible that the temporary guest ad the owner may not have communicated well, but it's always the responsibility of a property owner to know their property lines and enforce them, normal courtesy to be responsible for any letting a guest know those boundaries and to not cause damage or inconvenience to adjacent property, btw, It's not required anywhere to allow unattended material of any nature to remain on your private property. No sign is needed to remove it yourself or have it removed by a third party- regardless of its value.
My gosh the entitlement of the owners and the driver of that first vehicle is astounding, how do they even function in daily life, when everything they see is theirs, reminds me of my kids when they where 2 years old. All I could think of is the birds from Little Mermaid going MINE, MINE, MINE edited to add noticed those trash cans don't belong on that property either if those are theirs another land grab!
Manager of the apartment complex should be putting the parking sticker on the resident’s vehicle themselves. This would definitely cut down on the cheaters. Then there won’t be any grey area on the tow.
honestly these people know what they are doing so who cares if it cost them money.....adults should not need to have their hand held at every junction in life especially with something as simple as "stick this sticker here on your car".....plus from the first video dealing with this it seems as of right now this complex has an issue with a lot of people subletting the apartments to "large groups of people" (that probably should be living in other countries) and it makes it hard to control things right now
My apartment complex issues parking stickers that each have a number. It must be on the glass in a certain area. Management checks at night every now and then and will tow if no sticker. There are guest parking tags as well.
How about this for a remedy for the sticker issue, have the lease agent witness the sticker being applied to the appropriate vehicle at the time of the lease being signed, end of problem. Not brain surgery, then when someone is towed, none of the excuses will hold any water!
in the first or second video dealing with this the owner or agent said there seems to be an issue with people renting these apartments and then subletting them to "large extended families" (IE people that are entitled and that do not follow laws and rules) and I think they are having to tread carefully getting all of that cleaned up
@@rodrod383 I think personally that this country needs to stop treading so carefully on people who have no respect for our rules and laws, if you choose to come into this country have the intelligence to try to assimilate by the law of the land, not bring the attitude you had that was born in the country you’re now fleeing from because it has become a toilet.

You must not have watched til the end cuz the sticker was there posted in her car. When they came to pick up the car from the tow yard the tow man said oh I didn't see that there. Clearly he was wrong. What an idiot this tow truck guy is. I'm glad he videos this to show how wrong he was for towing their car away.
@theDRIPg0d which video did you watch? The white car at the end of this video had its sticker in the center console, completely out of view. The owner came out and put it on the dash. The vehicle never went to the lot.
@@EverythingAutos DripGod probably got towed!
They should have sticker for the inside. Outside is just dumb
@theDRIPg0d you must have missed the part where the owner came out and grabbed the sticker out of the console and threw it on the dash after they grabbed the tires with the wheel lift.....
I checked the Tennessee Property Assessment Data. It shows the property lines, on both parcels. According to the states website data, the property line, between the 2 parcels, runs along the left side of the steps. The "square" they graveled and the trash cans are on the other property, not theirs. 😂
If the new owner does a full assessment, the parker is really going to be upset.
@@rickscott7350 Wouldn't you love to be a fly on the wall for that little reveal?
but you cant go by the property assessment its only a guesstimate if it were true i would own half of three houses on the backside of my place and if i remember correctly it even states such on the page

The apartment owner should have a way to print or write with a sharpie the make and model of the car that the sticker is assigned to. That way, if they share stickers, and the car doesn't match the sticker, away it goes. Just a thought. Great videos!

Our neighbor use to park his WORK TRUCK in our driveway which ran down BEHIND our home. He said he didn't have room in his drive......yeah, don't care, next time I come home and find it there it's towed since he was leaving big muddy ruts and leaving it on the grass lol. I was sitting in my livingroom one day and saw him driving down my driveway to the back of the house and went out and told him to turn around and go back out and don't ever do it again. A week later I was sunning myself out back in a lawn chair reading and guess who comes driving past me like he owns the place? lol. I grabbed my phone and dialed 311 and talked as loudly as possible and he hoofed it back out quick as he could. Didn't save him as I sent the officer next door to tell him to stop trespassing and make room in your own drive or park the work truck on the street.
If you go into Google Earth Street View, you can actually see the car parked in front of the no parking sign in February.
jeff the white car that was parked in the gravel was the same car that went to pick up the car you towed
I"ve parked illegally there for years, other people OWE it to me, to let me park for free.

A very dreary and rainy day for illegal parks. Those apartments are crazy. Great job guys, stay safe out there.
That apartment parking situation is ridiculous. Unless they properly adhered the sticker to the windshield, I’d have towed it anyway.
This problem is completely due to the management not following through with stickers on windshields.
They don't stick it so they can run out and protect whatever car they have sitting there that day. It wasn't in the car , it was in her hand when she came out.
More and more waking up to squatters rights more and more understanding that that is land for the people you may pay taxes on a piece of property does not mean you own it the big wants it back they will come take it back from you you're renting the property on yearly taxes you only own the structure standing on the dirt

Lol

Every place we've rented from, when we signed the lease agreement, we had to give them our car info as well. Make, model, tag number and insurance. That was an extremely civil and polite conversation on the part of all parties for the first part of the video. I wasn't surprised that this was in Tennessee. It's possible that the temporary guest ad the owner may not have communicated well, but it's always the responsibility of a property owner to know their property lines and enforce them, normal courtesy to be responsible for any letting a guest know those boundaries and to not cause damage or inconvenience to adjacent property,
btw, It's not required anywhere to allow unattended material of any nature to remain on your private property. No sign is needed to remove it yourself or have it removed by a third party- regardless of its value.

Thanks for the video, I look forward to them popping up on my days off.
👍🏻
in the first or second video dealing with this the owner or agent said there seems to be an issue with people renting these apartments and then subletting them to "large extended families" (IE people that are entitled and that do not follow laws and rules) and I think they are having to tread carefully getting all of that cleaned up
@@rodrod383 I think personally that this country needs to stop treading so carefully on people who have no respect for our rules and laws, if you choose to come into this country have the intelligence to try to assimilate by the law of the land, not bring the attitude you had that was born in the country you’re now fleeing from because it has become a toilet.
