3 meals at the Cheesecake Factory could of put you at the 10k count. They have one of the highest calorie dishes there, their Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken alone is at 3,209 calories. I’m glad you stopped tho, I don’t think people should be attempting this.

Should have just had a bunch of nuts. 1 cups of mixed nuts is 813 calories! A medium avocado 250 calories. 10 avocados and 10 cups of mixed nuts and you go over the 10000 calories and definitely not as bad as all that sugar people try to consume to make the calorie count.

i feel the easiest way to of eaten that many calories is: a whole pizza from Costco is around 7,000 calories. (over 600 calories per slice depending on toppings) So if You eat one whole pizza through out the day AND then had like 4 bags of m&ms and 2 pina coladas that would be 10k calories. OR since I was informed no liquids are allowed, one 5pound gummy bear ( 6k calories) and almost a whole pizza. ⚠️EDIT- To end the cheesecake dabate I offer this:
6 slices of Oreo Dream Extreme Cheesecake from Cheesecake factory (1,620cal ea) and one slice of cheesecake from Walmart sampler (280 ea) perfect 10,000.💗

@@skylarbrown42 I did like him, watch Shane for many many years but when you throw away a friend of 12 years for really nothing.. and many other things that iv tried to put aside or ignore as a fan. it all just piles up you know? kinda hard to ignore. anything that has come up from years ago honestly everyone said or does shit thats "wrong" so that didnt bother me one bit. People continue to do this challenge all wrong, they're eating too much (in quantity) instead of finding out what meals are the most caloric foods they can eat. For example, the Carl's Jr 1/2 lb guacamole bacon burger by itself is 1200 cal and its not hard to finish at all
