So happy the lil goat is doing better! 😊 As far as what Brenden did - it's the Exact same thing the Vet would do !! Splint it !! So to all the Know itAlls -- Please Hush She's Happy & doing great 👍 Say hello to Tonya 🤗 Abundant Blessings on your Family & Farm Love 🌻 from NC 💜
Agee with other comments in that your farm is very clean. You should be very proud of yourself… and proud of your family/buddies (coats). Nice job! Thank you for sharing😁👍🏻👍🏻
I sit here and grin, the whole time you are just planning around to show us your heard! I can feel your affection and pride. I'm so happy you video your joy for us. I love your family!!!!
The Video was Created Beautifully !!! Seriously Myke! You are doing a Great Job on them! So relaxing and calmness in them. The goats looked awesome!! I am glad to see the injured goat walking so well!! She does want to live, and it is on your farm that she wants to live!! That says a lot right there!!! I hope everyone is having a a nice Weekend!!! 🤗♥️🙏🏼
Being young and still growing she may heal better than expected. She seems to be getting around fine and eating the fresh greens. You are giving her a chance
The goats sure did enjoy their romp out into the "Field of goat munchies" Those kiko goats sure are a hardy breed. Thx for sharing your world with us. Hugs to Y'all
All of the goats look great. I love the geese. They are huge, & interesting color pattern... Don't listen 2 the haters about the goat's legs. Have a blessed day!!!!! :)
At the brother to Chad A’s brother Kyle and Shanon’s place. They had several daffodils in their goat pasture. They dug them up and moved then as they said they were poison to goats. I’ve never looked them up, but you may want to check into it. Your goats are beautiful.
City slickers tend to rush to the vet for every little thing. But in the country, at least in my part, getting a vet is difficult. You learn how to take care of simple matters like a broken leg.
The chickens 🐔 are so fat and pretty 😊❤,,hope the little goat's 🐐 legs heals fast thank you ❤❤,,oh you did great work over on the Eddy farm that was very sweet of you may God Bless you 10 times fold 🙌🙌✨️
Totally understand. There are things you can treat yourself and things you can’t and you are wise enough to know the difference. Baby ducks are getting so big
I watch Sandi Brock on sheepishly me. She is constantly wrapping her sheep just like your son does. Her vet recommends that. The only time she puts them is when the bone doesn't heal. Keep up the good work 😇😇😇💜
Love that little goat seems thin can she be feed without the other goats. I cant believe how goats are so mean when it comes to eating. God bless I am a softie and dont want any one hurt. Love you guys New Zealand
Hey Mike, just to let u know that daffodils are not safe for goats to eat. I wasn’t sure if u knew that or not. So I would say pulling them up is the safest option. I love your farm and your videos. I also loved your cruise videos. 🎉🎉
@@FowlerFamilyFarm that’s awesome to hear!! Some animals are perceptive and know what is good to eat and what’s not good to eat! I’m glad ur goats are smart! 💜💜
Myke is it possible the new goats are needing vitamins and minerals? Maybe that will help to bring them back. Can you give goats calcium? I'm just curious. Love y'all and God Bless 💕💕💕
Always great to see the goat herd! Your doe herd is growing fast! Gunna have lots of kids in 2024.. lol. No doubt that little girls leg will recover… I like to push the copper bolis.. we had a few goats a couple years ago that got kinda thin like that.. copper bolis got them all back in shape.. loose minerals helped a lot as well… towards the end of the 12 months or around before spring I can start to see it in there coat… once they get that copper bolis in their system everything about them got better.. loved the video myke! 👍🏽👍🏽
Hi Mike I come here from Eddy Family Farm, I am so glad you helped the little goat and I hope she will give you more goats in the future, you have a beautiful place from what I could see. I want to thank you so much for helping the Eddy's, I know you have been a blessing to them. You have blessed my heart just watching how you work and help others and to learn you are also an Officer of the Law makes me very proud of you. God bless you and take care of yourself.
Daffodils are poisonous to goats and most animals. Just recently found that out. Great to see the goat with the broken leg is doing better. She does look to be walking on it. It’s good that you gave her a chance and didn’t automatically put her down. All the goats really enjoyed their day out. So did the two chickens. Lol. 🙂
So it was goats who made the first discovery that the grass WAS greener on the other side! Of course, farmers assistance was required😂😂😂 👍👍 Most farmers that I know and heard about tend to their stock medical needs themselves because of their wealth of critter knowledge. Then only use a vet in case of life or death. So nay sayers, respectfully, I request you -- please zip it.
That baby is not given up, y’all are doing such a great job with that baby. she is a fighter . She going to be ok after 6 weeks I would put a brace on her just to help strengthen her leg . What I don’t understand is if a dog can live with 3 legs ,.?why would the veterinarians want to put them down, if dogs can live with 3 legs , so can goats.
@@FowlerFamilyFarm yah you answered my question without me even having to even asking. You have been raising goats along time and have alot invest in them so I knew you knew what you were doing. But I didn't know if they just didn't eat enough to hurt them Or if they just ignored them all together. Glad to know. (I am Debora Jensen no h on Debora)
That goat looks like she's doing good. Kevin had one that broke her leg and all the vet done was put a splint on it just like Brenden did. She did good after her leg healed. You know what's best for your goats and always take good care of them. GOD BLESS Y'ALL.
They all look so beautiful and content. No better way to clean up weeds and yet fertilize to get more green grass. It is great to see that if one is injured how well they can return back to good health. Funny how the chickens-certain ones want to free range. Brenden did a great job.
Myke, I hope your goats don't eat the daffodils, they are actually poisonous for goats! From Google: There are many landscaping plants and flowers that are poisonous plants for goats. you are so right! you don't need to go to the vet unless it is more serious.!❤❤

Hi Myke , new here. Do you sing the opening song and I like both your farm and vacation life.
A good friend of mine wrote that song and sings it for us
@Fowler Family Farm somedays I just bust out singing that song.. lol. Catchy tune!
Hey y’all ❤

I love you wild flowers and I really enjoy your videos.

A beautiful baby goat and even if she doesn't get pregnant she can be a loving pet ♥️
Yes very true Deb
Kiko goats seem to be a very resilient breed. Your doe is getting around pretty well and seems much happier being with the herd!💖💖💖

Our goats have been around these daffodils for years and they never eat them
Some goats know not to eat certain plants. Hopefully they stay away from them. Azaleas are another plant that you'll want to keep them away from.
Thank you.
Welcome!

The ducks are huge already
Great video I enjoyed watching
Thanks Sylvia
goats love to braze for weeds and brush. They love bushes and tree leaves. I love seeing them out and about rather then stuck in a pen.
♥️♥️

They do love the downed trees

One good thing to splint your animals leg with is the old bushel basket pieces. Take the bushel basket apart and use the strips to splint the leg

Hey I enjoyed the video, But do you have to play that music 🎶 please,,thank you 😊❤
Usually I play music to cover ip heavy wind sound. But I just got new mics so hopefully I wont have wind issues now
🙂❤💯🖐✋️👌🏼
👍
Be aware....daffodils are toxic to goats! Glad the broken leg is doing well. 😊
Yeah we know they never even try to eat or even smell them
Any bulbous plants like daffodils or tulips pose a number of problems to goats. Just a little info. I'm no expert.
Yeah they wont even smell them, they stay away and they Know its not for them

I’m such a sucker for the underdog I would be sneaking off with that little goat with a hurt leg and give extra treats😂.

🩵🤍🙏
T has to be pretty drastic for me to take an animal to the vet . Even my dogs other than shots they don't go to the vet
she looks really thin though
She is a little skinny but she will bounce back
Maybe put her in another pen with the babies to she can eat I think she is way to skinny
