Definitely a continuation of the stack with other tools, best practices, it's really great insight even for us that do a lot of the things the same way, in a sense there is validation to what we use is also what other people do, but videos like these always bring more insight to something we did not think of.
I also use most of the plugins you do, especially the underrated WP Gridbuilder and exactly the same way as you do, just for facets haha. But man those facets are CAPABLE! I also went deeper into using their hooks and other code instructions supplied on their site to modify the standard behaviour of some things and I must say, the level of customisation they enabled... is just not comparable with any other facet plugin I've used. Not saying there is nothing better than it, but what I tried could not even compare.
Great content as always, you are by all means the most valuable WP UA-cam channel out there. Heck, most of the things you talk and show people pay a dozen to get advised and most of the time the advises they get are not nearly as good as yours xD

when you create these blueprints, im assuming you would also want to copy the database also to set common settings, or no? Also, have you used formidable forms? that was supposed to be one of the more comprehensive options also.
My main requirements are being able to have a dynamic selection of other post types, that may or may not be in separate tables created by metabox. And ability to save into those custom tables.
Of course Wsform metabox integration is on the most expensive plan. Always seems to be the case. I am not an agency, I am just trying to build something myself, so I cant afford all these pro plugins just to get that one bit of extra functionality i need. How much would you charge to sublet one of your licenses on your unlimited sites plans while I do the work? Or at least temporally so I can see if it will even meet my needs?

How do you handle caching? Do you have a specific tool for it?
Thank you so much as always for putting out this content. I was telling a colleague about your channel and one thing I really appreciate is that you are opinionated; it's not a matter of "oh check this random plugin out you might like it and it does some things well".
As someone new to WP and building sites, this whole space is an overwhelming mess of choices and options. I need to know what works, works well, and fits together in a coherent system and I feel like I get that from a lot of your content. Obviously it's up to me to test things out and see if I can accomplish what I need to with tools, but I need meaningful recommendations with substantive reasons, not a bare bones feature list. Thank you for that.
Your channel and your circle are extremely helpful.

Hi, I am not Kevin but I hope I can help with the caching stuff. It usually deppends of your hosting enviroment + stack, but its usually either the one that your hosting provider/server stack gives you (litespeed cache for litespeed or some like the cloudways one if ur there or the siteground one). If your hosting enviroment doesnt give you a tool to handle it, I would pick depending of the stack. If you have a tool like Perfmatters to handle code, its probably fine to run a simple cache plugin or a nicer one but with almost only cache in it. The one I like the most is Swift Performance Lite, but sometimes it is too aggressive. If you want a full solution, Swift is okey, but if you could go premium the best is probably FlyingPress (the one made by Gijo), second WpRocket.
      Hope thats helpful :)

Watched this useful video and it's exactly what I was looking for. I currently use LocalWP blueprint, as I wanted to get into locally creating websites and someone told me of this blueprint and tried it out. I don't want to use Local anymore and looking at others ways I can create and reduce time setting up wordpress on a regular with a blueprint.
I'm interested in where you have this blueprint setup, on a domain or local installation? How do you put it onto another site? Which plugin? Is there settings you need to update once using that blueprint like database related that's important.
Your current video was more of your "stack" rather than a blueprint but I loved it anyway, definitely getting frames and animate.css ... maybe happy files, I used filebird before.

Great video, just a remark. On the info markers, you do need to do style with html and CSS and I believe a bit of PHP. It is not doable out of the box with WPGrid Builder. My approach is to roughly duplicate the local security/WAF config, into Cloudflare. I combine that with CF's origin cert & ideally only CF's IP's are whitelisted for incoming. Further fencing is done via a few other methods / layers in CF for login etc etc.

Its some good notes here, but as a true developer when working with wordpress, your NUMBER one tool actually isn't ANY plugin. It is WP-CLI. NOT even having to touch wordpress or it's dashboard is key. Mastering WP-CLI will save you even more time then anything mentioned in this video! And then add PHPAdmin, but I use Navicat.. to enter 'certain' data DIRECTLY into the database.. still never even having to see wordpress admin.
Lastly, the last 2 items albeit a bit more advanced knowledge is necessary, but as a developer or agency you must utilize is making wordpress headless and at minimum a simple API on all wordpress installs..
now that is a true wordpress blueprint .
