- On 23 September 2014, the Renault Trucks T was voted International Truck of the Year 2015.
The International Truck of the Year jury awarded the title to the Renault Trucks T on the basis of several criteria: technological innovations, comfort provided for drivers both when at the wheel and when resting, safety, on-road performance, fuel savings, the vehicle’s environmental footprint and total cost of ownership (TCO).
The international truck of the year is not just a truck.
It’s a profit centre.

Le jury de l’International Truck of the Year a récompensé le Renault Trucks T en tenant compte de plusieurs critères : innovation technologique, confort de conduite, comme de repos pour les conducteurs, sécurité, qualités routières, économies de carburant, empreinte environnementale et coût total de possession du véhicule (TCO).

Too bad SCS Software doesn't have license for T yet. In 2017. But I don't complain, I find Magnum more attractive.

A small piece of advice: dont buy the 460, many chronicle problems, the 480 and 520 13lts engines are amazing. Don’t think because they have a big engine economy is terrible, my trucks carrying 24/25 tons are getting 35lts/100km, even better than my Renault Premium 460, those were getting nearly 40lts/100...
Gear boxes are great as well, very fast and responsive, brakes are also fast and powerful.
About the cabins, the high cabins are great, but they are a lot more expensive and aren’t worth it, the medium cabin has a small hump in the floor, and unless you are 2 meters tall, you will be fine.

This is the Best truck by Renault Trucks...and over all this is a such a beautiful cookie....this Truck looking like a some Beuty modell and in the road dont have a limits...Big Fat thumbs up for it!!!

Beautiful video.
Much better looking than the magnum, by a long way, a way equal to the circumference of the visible universe. This is what the magnum always wanted to be. With this new one the same design idea is there. That clean, plasticy - but not that bad - sort of look. In 2012 Volvo got the last bit of shares. Next year, Volvo managed to pump some reason into the design team.
Also, I find it cool - though I`m not surprised due to the Volvo ownership - that they went to the 1000 meter long Hardanger bridge in my home country of Norway. The Hardanger bridge being Norway's longest bridge when it was completed in 2013. It now stands at number 10 in the longest bridge span competition of the world. With a 1999 meter long bridge in china on the top. There is a rather good chance that us Norwegians will grab that crown with a potential 3700 meter long bridge over the sognefjord. Then I suppose Renault will go there as well, cause Volvo. And, - Renault guys - don`t be ashamed of your adoptive parents, bring them along!

About time you made it right hand drive. Shame the Premium I just got out of has more cab storage, also for a clean piece of paper design where are the cup holders. I love Renault but sadly am so disappointed.
