Mike Brown was fired by Mitch Payton at the end of 1992 for being lazy and out of shape only to rehire him in 2001 leading to Mike Brown's 2001 125 National Championship. I guess he took Mitch Payton calling him lazy and out of shape to heart as he became one of the most physically fit and dedicated racers in the history of the sport.

Mike got in trouble with Mitch for racing Pro Am Money races on off weekends for extra money and Mitch did not want him to do that while under contract to avoid injury..... So Mitch canned him... Mike has never been fat and lazy ,, matter of fact Mike has always been known for over training since he started racing. So go back and check your facts Bra!! Leave the real Dirt Bike talk to the Grown Ups! And dont ever dis respect Mike again...

Marchbanks is fast but I don't think he's factory material. He's someone that is constantly injured, which I guess means he'll fit right in on PC.

I wouldn’t waste my time or money on either Romano or Ferras. Both have shown they can’t finish a year. Romano is a great starter that turns into a moving chicane.
Romano is basically in his rookie year. I'd rather work with him than bennick. but watching romano is like watching friese without the fun of seeing him takeout riders as he fades. 😃

Yeah, whats up with Marchbanks... They said he heard something in the rear wheel, then he pulled into the pits. Then they said he didn't feel well and was done. WTF does all that mean?!? I had him as my wild card...lol I like Marchbanks, he looks like my nephew. He'll get a 450 ride somewhere.
no point. he can't get in on the 450 SMX. he's currently 35th (needs 20th with 6 motos left). I mean he could still qualify (barely) for the LCQs each week. he's 21st in 250s (that's only 1 position - easy). he ought to go SMX there. less $$ but easier to qualify. and he's on 250s next year anyway as PC is only 250s.
He really wants to ride 250 for some reason...he's going to PC

I would not sign Marchbanks I don't think he's factory material there's always an issue of some kind and I just don't think the guy could get it done even if you paved the path in platinum

Maybe I am wrong here, correct me if I am in error. When we had the Covid SX residencies at a nascar track didn’t marchbanks deliberately T-Bone Macadoo crashadoo because Macadoo took Marchbanks ride at Pro Circut?
You guys at Club MX have had some bad luck with riders, Enzo Lopes and Marchbanks. Best of luck to Club MX.

That's not bad luck. They're a satellite team. Their sweet spot with riders is going to be finding guys either just off a factory ride or headed to one. Lopes was a great catch, they got good rides out of him before he graduated to the "big leagues". Marchbanks did fairly well for them, but this press release very clearly puts it on a bad attitude from Marchbanks. Hard to believe the team is at fault considering Phil has stuck with them, I don't see him keeping his mouth shut if conditions sucked.
Club MX doesn't pay their riders hardly anything and have not been able to keep their bikes together all season.
@@brennahm yup. I could be wrong, but Mitch gave him the boot (Marchbanks) after 1 season. If I remember correctly, correct me if I am wrong it was an attitude issue again.

Club Mx better pick up somebody good. I just don’t see what everybody sees in Cody shock. Maybe I’m wrong but he is not that good outdoors and Supercross let’s see what next year brings. If they are hanging their hat on him they will be disappointed. But I enjoy watching he be butt hurt over Deegs 😆

I would like to see Garrett do better but I don't see it happening. He has had a lot of chances and if I was club DO Not go for Ramano, I think anyone else would be better than that kid!
