I'm a 62 yr old feral grandma, a bit of a motor head and lived in the backwoods of Northern Idaho for 8 yrs. Love your content and you !! You keep it interesting while trudging the happy road to destiny. Blessings
I just love how you make your videos! I didn't understand all the engine stuff, but I was rooting for it and y'all all the way! When she fired up and no explosion, fire, or smoke, I was yellin' for y'all! Finally! Wahoo! Can't wait to see her runnin down the road! You make me smile and your almost silent friend, too! Great video! God bless.😊❤
I learned a long time ago that if you push the hose all the way into the gas, plug the end with your finger, then un-cap the end below the gas line, then it will start flowing.
Good morning from Cape Cod ⚓ a little comedy, a little common sense and off she busts 🤘 I had no doubt the 292 would run again. Thanks for bringing us on your journey Andy, you're always inspirational and comical. 👍✌️🇺🇲
Love your videos!. My sister and I used to hang out in our grams garage and watch our uncles work on cars all the time. The had some stock type cars and their friends brought over cars to work on. Like a 57 Chevy for one😊
I love your videos! Your editing, videography, music is really well done and you’re a great host. I know nothing about trucks innards, but you made it fun and informative. Cool you got it going! Thanks 😄
Thanks man. I really appreciate it. There's a lot of work that goes into the back end. I do all my own editing and filming, so it's nice to know the little nuances are noticed.
I'm pretty sure I've been through that junk yard. Super cool place. If it's the same place that I think it is, I'm still thinking about buying that 4 row John Deere corn planter. They've got SO many treasures
Now in my Dad youngster we would take that coil wire off the distributor and have our friend hold it while we cranked it over. Louder the friend hollard the better the coil.
It just hit me, hoss. Your channel, comedy, and way of explaining things reminds me of my other favorite channel. You and Derek from @ViceGripGarage are just alike. No wonder I like both of your channels. 😀
Been watching you basically since the beginning of Facebook. I believe I even mentioned for you to upload to (YT) a few times over the years. I'm so glad you now regularly upload to YT now! UA-cam is used for my entertainment more than anything else. So now all my favorite yahoos with a camera are all in one spot. Plus I've heard UA-cam does a better job paying their people. So hopefully extra revenue for you and your family. Which equals more revenue for the homestead then ultimately more revenue for your content. I hope our lord continues to help you build and grow, stay close to him in you're heart soul and mind. Proclaim Jesus Christ and the good news(Gospel) just casually mentioning your a believer brings people to him. Idc what anyone says your work for him and he returns that favor. Carrying your cross and he will always bear the heaviest end. Andy in my opinion out of people who document their daily business/hobbies in hopes someone else can find some form of entertainment or knowledge. You sir have it right. Keep doing what your doing brother keep the head up and your eyes forward man. To you and yours God bless
Hey Andy: From personal experience, a can of Coke will instantly clean the gasoline from ones mouth. Just make sure you have someplace to spit as a mouthful of Coke will make you erupt like Old Faithful! (At least that was the case when I had to siphon leaded gas from an outboard can in the 1970s.)
Side note, did you try filling the float bowl of the carb via the vent tube? If the float is stuck closed your remote tank/line won't do much.....some times a little tap tap tappy with a hammer will get a carb to cooperate
Those things just work. There so simple. Our old C-60 feed truck would sit for 5 or 6 years and we'd just pull the top off the carb, blow it out, put it back together and hit the key 🗝. Away it would go again. That should be your next move, give the carb a little scrub.
Get rid of the hydrovac brake booster under the cab battle born brakes make a good kit with a firewall booster an master cylinder will make it stop way better than it ever has
Always a good day when Andy puts out a video.
Makes a pomes day in aus even better
👆 What he said!
So Andy practically drinks gas gags like a prom date and his friend stands there chuckling at the camera...❤❤
Good times…
Derek at Vice Grip Garage would be proud!
I gave the requisite "C'mon baby. C'mon!!" to a video that was already filmed. Still seemed appropriate.
😂

That 292 Chevy 6 and the Ford 300 6 are indestructible truck motors
When the last Coyote, Hemi, and LS finally blow up, they'll be hauled to the scrap yard behind either a 292 or a 300.
Slant 6 leaning towers of power are even more indestructible...
In Brazil these 6's easily make 400hp, some can even make 1000hp's
Andy!! I clapped and cheered and fist pumped the air at the sweetsweet sound of Debbie2 roaring to life!!! Congratulations, man! So happy for you 🥳😅

I learned a long time ago that if you push the hose all the way into the gas, plug the end with your finger, then un-cap the end below the gas line, then it will start flowing.
As long as you ensure that the other end stays in the fuel.
We all know we love the taste of Dino juice.
Would love to see u bringing one of your tractors back to life
Love your videos! Nice to see videos on everyday life for us average country folk.
Every Debi I ever met had a dump truck for sure. Especially the '61, the high beams were stock and not bad either.
When you buddie is standing there laughing while you choke on a mouthful of gas is true friendship!!!!! Love it
She’s the pride of the fleet!
Bro love watching you piece this together and get it running. Absolutely best channel.
I had a 1959 Chevrolet Viking with the 292 it was a good ol truck learned a lot working on the gem
Awesome engine, the straight sixes are underrated
Daggum man! The level of critical thinking you can throw at problems, it really is inspirational. Thanks for the content!
Love the 292! Had one in my 77 Chevy van
This made my day even better and gave me hope for all the trucks in my yard. :P
If it wasn't for your videos, I would forget what snow looks like here in NC. Keep up the good work! Your videos are inspiring!
At least it will run! She's alive!
Thanks for sharing 👍 😊😂

As you were leaning over the carb, I had a thought. It's a good thing you are on the fire department
Not like it is in the scrub.

Thank you and your friend for your military service!

Big T itttttty Debbie! Yahoo
Great Video!
Get Vice Grip Garage to do a “Will it Run” video. 🤠
Those victories are the best. I do not miss those days of MF'ing at a engine.
Glad you got it going. What’s the plan with the plow truck? Manuel swap??
Leaning that way. My buddy's got a sm465/np205 in a non running truck. Trying to work out a trade
@@andyslittlehomestead6705 That is probably the best way to go. Hopefully it works out
Go get er DD ebbie!
Nice dude!
In New Zealand we call that a 'shit eating grin' you had on your face when she turned over 1st time. Great to see.

But the spark plugs Andy...they are likely corroded. Ah, you're working toward the plugs. 😊
Nice.
I’m sure I’ve seen Debbie before? 🤔 Possibly doing something in Dallas.
I have a 62 I paid 700$ for with a title and it even kind of ran a little, no brakes tho!
Heyyy Debbie ;)
Get rid of the hydrovac brake booster under the cab battle born brakes make a good kit with a firewall booster an master cylinder will make it stop way better than it ever has
Can I ask about the hand tattoo at 7:07?…
A 2 dollar test light works wonders.
So did you ever get to drive it anywhere?
You had other projects ahead of this truck. You probably have another project after this one
Look I’m not being a know it all but red things aren’t hot. Hot things are red, fyi.
🤣🤣🤣
Swap the Detroit from the saw into this andy
I've considered something to that effect...
❤❤❤❤
Button button whose got the button
Trucks can smell fear.
👍
Never good when your missing your nubby😂
You can still be 180° off but that's fixable.
carb rebuild time xD
GO Debbie go, shake them big tatters!😎
The world became a bit darker when they quit making straight six engines
Needs 454
Either Bunny 🤣🤣
👋🏻
Andy if you are going to suck on the hose you need to learn to spit and not swallow
Im earlier than white guy to baseball game
Second to comment.
Hell yeah!
For the love of god please tell me you didn't kill another plow truck . 😂
Convert it to hei
Yaaaaaa. LOL
If you don't want to be messing with the distributor again just buy a Tesla truck 🚒
