What type of mud do they have at B’s? Been kicking around the idea of checking it out this year. Is it clay or black dirt?

It’s black dirt. Not like complete swamp. But not like hard nasty clay either. Kinda closer to Kings new bog.

@@Buddy713 you planning on filming out there at all this year?

Most likely. It’s a fun pit. Figure we fought for it at township board meeting. It would be a waste to have it fail bu not showing up.

Do any of these guys know what a locker is for the front end

Yeah. But that crawling and trail riding. It’s about 50/50 for mud bogging. Locked front ends tend to break stuff a lot more. Plus locked front ends turn horribly. And lot of mud and mega trucks race or do freestyle. Got to be able to turn.

@@Buddy713 hamburgers during the mud they don't turn that hard in the mud and if you get a air locker you can unlock it

@@charlesflinton1485 But they still break a lot of stuff! All it takes is for one wheel to hook up a little bit more than that other and you can break. Most just run them open and shim the tighter on a 1 ton. And 2.5 ton stuff and bigger there’s not much options other than welding. Some company’s make lockers for the 2.5 ton but here they break pretty often. They definitely turn a lot hard than you think. End of the day a locker adds more moving parts to break and being welded tends to break more parts than being open. It’s just preference.

@@charlesflinton1485 in the end it’s mud bogging. Your supposed to get stuck.
