Btw, that "wooden train" is not toy, but replica of siege tower which is going to miniature of lion knights castle also included in this set, it's like "battle plan room" where future siege is planned 🙂
@@Tim_Does_A_Thing so just wait for Bricklink Designer Program - series 4, same creator SleeplessNight there have his another creation "Siege Encampment" :)
This was a well thought out design by Sleepless Knight. The only knock I have on it is the lack of interior finish and roofing texture. I'm positive it was the result of the designer being limited to 4K piece count. Still, I just love these fully enclosed designs that can open up. It just shows how thought out the entire build was. Can't stand open back doll house concepts. For those who may NOT know, the designer for this set has designs chosen for three of five Brink Link series. I truly talented designer.
im glad he sacrificed the interior for a detailed exterior my favorite part is the baclony with ice melting off and the snowy winter look plus i display it fully enclosed in my medevial display anyways i wish lego would raise the piece count to at least 6500
@@alexthievin majority of fans are drawn to the bigger sets but, not surprising, complain about the heavy price tag that comes along. I personally don’t care and would support a higher piece count but there could be behind the scene reasons to why it’s capped at 4K.
Couldn't agree more! Honestly I forgot about the 4k limit rule, that makes complete sensea! I can't wait to order the transylvania castle he designed as well. TRUE talent with all of his designs and I'm here for it!!!
Yeah the attention to detail was amazing. It was a fun build too, nothing seemed out of place at all! If there was no 4k peice limit, who knows what kind of crazy interior we would have had!
@Jarvel5 can't go wrong with BIG castles! Goal is to get the rest of the brinklink castles as they come out for reviews as well. Appreciate the kind words!
i was lucky enough to be in a local lego facebook group with a guy who bought 2 and sold me on for retail price, i have it next to barad dur and is one of my fav sets of all time!! reminds me of winterfell from GOT
@alexthievin yeah this set rocks! I managed to snag it pretty. Cheap in the aftermarket myself. I have the future dates saved on my calander for the new releases. The set reminds me of a Zelda castle or temple as well, love it!

Wow! That's pretty cool that they put that much micro detail in it. Now I want the full sized beige tower 😅

This is a pretty awesome set. A lot of interior detail. Oh and the snow on the rooftops is another great lego detail! Good Review!

I would never pay that kind of money for a Lego set but boy does this make me wish I could at least consider
