For muzzle brake, flash hider or silencer (not in Canada) ...etc. you can install an 5/8x24 to 1/8x28 or 5/8x24 reduction (approx. $15.00). As for the M-Lok slots I installed the Hand Stop Kit with Rail Cover type 2 around the rail. It feels and looks great.
So from your nic, I presume that you are a Kiwi too? I am, right now, seriously considering buying one of these, and your every second lefthand brass definitely gets dented by the bolt? I heard of this problem on one other review video. Major problem for me, as I want to reload all brass, not have half my brass destroyed by this rifle. Any further insights as to why or how this is happening? What magazine are you using, as someone suggested to me that it could be a magazine problem?
I just purchased one of these in 7.62. Im awiting it's arrival at my FFL... I keep seeing reviews on it about its European threaded barrel, but on the VZ-USA website it states the rifle being 5/8x24 & a few youtube reviwers also states having them 1/8x28 and 5/8x24.. Now I'm lost and not sure what to order for a comp.
Hey bro, so what is the thread pitch on your rifle? I am kinda confused too, with all the mentions of 3 different thread pitches. The standard thread pitch for 7.62x39 is 5/8x24 - but if this came in the weird European 15x1mm or whatever, that is a deal breaker for me. I can't even think of anyone who makes an adapter in that thread pitch to make it 5/8x24...
Awesome review and I agree with most of your points. The M15x1 thread standard is a miss for sure, but thankfully adapters are affordable - mine has the 1/2-28 thread, but I run into timing problems and need shims. And yes it is a tight fit between the barrel and handguard for M-lok accessories, but the shorter M-lok screws (ex. Magpul handstop kit) fit no problem. I put the handstop kit and M-lok covers on mine to both enhance the look IMO and add better texture for grip. I don't mind the slight flex in the stock as it's easy to mitigate when holding the rifle tight to your shoulder.

Where do you find one of these reductions bro? Keen!
I think this would be a outstanding sub 100 yard gun for white tail in 762x39
Once the 7.62x39 variant is released in Canada this will be a tempting option 😍
Very tempting
7.62x39 is a much better bolt gun cartridge than 5.56x45. I liked my CZ 527 in that caliber so much that I got the 600 Trail in it as well.
Did your bolt dent brass case which is sitting on left side of the magazine when closing down the bolt? Cause theres mine does

11.58 bro really tried releasing a bolt catch on a bolt action rifle lmao keep the vids up man
I know lmao, I'm just so used to AR style controls with AR mags. Muscle memory failed me there.
@bats8888 yea hopefully we will get back both the semi autos from c21 that got banned and the ones from the 2020 oic when conservatives get to power
Fingers 🤞 we need our rights back

7.62x39 you mean

I got a European model for some reason. They obviously make NA threaded ones, but I don't know which ones are more common in Canada.
5/8x24tpi on the US 7.62x39 guns confirmed. I have the short YHM .30 cal FH/QD suppressor mount on mine.

I am in the US but live in a state where they outlawed almost all simi auto rifles. Thinking about getting one in 300blk. Thanks for the info.
what hand grip did you use? I like it.
Magpul MVG
Hallo, can you Tell me the Model of the handle in Front, please. Thank you
That is a Magpul MVG
Cz website says barrel is threaded 1/2x28
Im willing to bet if the front rail was removed in would be more accurate
I would be interested to hear your logic on that. The barrel is fully floated and the rail is cast into the handguard.
What brand is the yellow mag ?
It's just a Magpul pmag that is spray painted yellow with a Chiquita sticker on it.
@@bats8888 sorry if I wasn’t listening but is gun is chambered in 5.56?
@Yomomma253 yes
I have a 527 Carbine, it's wonderful. I think the 600 trail is a big step backwards.
Does it take LAR-15 mag?
Yes
CZ will be missing the boat if they don't chamber the "TRAIL" in the Grendel/ARC family of cartridges..
CZ had a lot of trouble selling the 6.5 Grendel version of the 527. It may be the only caliber that you can still find them in.
Why do you cover your face an your videos ?
1: Brand
2: Identity
It's that simple.
@@bats8888 It makes you look dodgy, like you have something to hide, or you are ashamed of what you do.
Thanks for the input. But I don't care what you think though about this, it's staying.
@@bats8888Lol😁
@@pistooli1 you sound like a fud, if you got a problem dont watch his videos. maybe move out of your moms basment, do something with your own life.
