For the chill out spots, there are very many chill out sports in Abk, OOPL is like event center or tourist center... Chill out spots should be like bars, hotels, eateries and yes they are many in Abk. It's all cool though, you only said it from your own perspective. Weldone.

I live in London and I love Abeokuta for the peace and quiet, good roads and ease of transport compared to Lagos, its also much more affordable - Its obviously nowhere near Lagos when comes to the social life like clubs, joints & hangout etc although it is still well developed with many places to hangout and is getting better -It's also only about an hour from Lagos by car or train which means you can easily get into Lagos if need be and actually return the same day if you want.
