It was very sweet but maybe it’s not good for her to be licking around his eyes with the pink eye infection. Maybe it doesn’t matter because I’m no expert that’s for sure.
Tipsie is such a good mom. My heart swelled with love for her as she was loving and comforting Patrick while he was in the shoot. Great job Chad. May God continue to Bless you all for caring for His Critters on the farm. Keep up the Super job and Enjoyable filming of all you do.❤😊❤
OMG, Adler was so cute and talkative with Grandpa and Grandma yesterday. I'm glad he doesn't need the adenoids, tubes and tonsils taken yet. Tipsy is such a great Mother too.
Speaking of goring; A female cousin of mine was gored by the family farm bull while hanging laundry in the 40’s. She screamed and the men came running, were able to pen the bull. In the meantime she placed her entrails in her apron and was taken to the hospital. She survived the surgery but passed from Sepsis Horned animals are definitely no joke Bless your family Chad, you and the family all take care of your animals as best you can. Clearly notable from all the lovin’ they get Prayers everyone is healed and well 🙏🏻💕
You go over and beyond for your animals, it was nice seeing Tipsy licking Patrick as if to tell him everything was going to be ok. Good news about Adler, it was nice seeing him with grandpa and grandma. He was such a great little helper in feeding the animals with grandpa.
The chute is such a good way to get those necessary tasks done while keeping both you and the animal in question safe. Good to see Adler as usual. Glad that his tonsil issues can be put off for now
Chad, when you give your cattle shots you should put each shot in a different spot. Tipsy is taking advantage of Patrick being immobilized and cleaning his face. I love Cross Timber Bison Ranch! Dusty is awesome! Y’all treat your animals very very well. They are extremely well taken care of. Praying for y’all and Frank and Patrick. Rae, I’m praying that you get better real soon. Definitely heard your frustration, Rae said it, it is part of life. This too shall pass and they will all get better and not hopefully no one else gets pink eye eye. Love ❤ and hugs 🫂, may God bless y’all in abundance in all y’all need.
Yea…he *wanted* to put the shots on both sides & tried to reach across with Frank. But with both boys their anxious, protective, horned mama was on the other side of the squeeze. So he didn’t want to risk trying to push either mama out of the way & then have to put his back to them…especially being out there alone. I know there are more places to give those shots but he likely wasn’t sure where else to put them & didn’t want to leave Frank or Pat in the squeeze while he looked up where it’s safe to put each shot. 🤷🏻♀️ Hopefully the shots were separated enough to not cause issues.🤞🏻🙏🏼🤞🏻 -I know *THIS* time the treatment was rather urgent in order to hopefully save Patrick’s eye from getting worse…but Chad *really NEEDS* to start waiting until he has someone to help or *at least* watch his back when working the large animals like that. I hope & pray he gets *multiple* strong helpers…preferably with experience…when he tries to run everyone who will go through the clamp for shots!
@@roguewolf7053gooood words! It’s hard for the pioneering spirited folk to not do everything themselves. God reminds me often that he didn’t put me on an island for one, but a continent for millions, so he’s big enough to guide me to the right help.
Those two boys know somethings up when you get them in the shoot. I'm so happy Rae is feeling better. Maggie runs to the cubes with those large cattle shows how brave she is. Even Chad's cautious when he has to finish spreading cubes once the cows get in there. Maggie's fearless! God's blessings on Doss Farm from Proctor Minnesota!
Hi sweet Adler. 💙Personalities of the animals are so prominent. We see the cuteness without the responsibilities you have. Awe the mommas’ looking on. Tipsy comforting Patrick was certainly an awe moment. Thx for sharing. Blessings ❤❤❤❤❤
It's been a terrible year with the heat, bad air quality from the smoke, it has to better. It's great that Adler doesn't need tubes or have his tonsils removed. Rae looks like she's doing better. I think Patric will be ok. You have been doing a great job. All you can do is your best and put the rest in God's hands.
Really enjoyed the video! Patrick loves you guys and definitely isn’t afraid of Chad so it’s harder to shoo him and force him in places 😊. Patrick was like hi just let me cause I don’t feel good! Love the pigs too, especially when they aren’t afraid of those big cows, lol
Great news about Adler. Thanks for sharing part of your day. Great video. I probably would have quit when Tipsy was staring you down! Lol - but pretty sure she would have stopped you if she thought you were actually going to hurt her boy! Glad you’re feeling better, Rae.
What a good mom Tippsy is, calming her calf with kisses while you administer the shots. Life is dynamic. We never know what opportunity or challenges it will bring out way. The best we can do is face them both with acceptance, learn, grow, give thanks and move on. Glad you both seem to already know this. Rae, it is good to see you looking and sounding better. Best to you all.
I have a dog that’s going to bark til the day I die😂. That’s what she does. I love the lil mutt. I hope Rae feels better she sounds better. Poor little Patrick you can just tell he doesn’t feel good.
I don’t have a dog right now, but my last one took his last walk, stood at the fork in the road, gave one harrumph of a bark in each direction and then we padded off to the vet for his walk over the bridge to eternity. Schnauzers are such barkers! But dang, they are cute… and sorely missed.
I would suggest placing a couple gate panels around the working area of the squeeze chute. It would give you a safety zone with simpler access than moving the big panels.
Patrick was being pretty good and Momma was very caring of him. They did great. Sorry about the pink eye. You do a wonderful job caring for the animals. Keep Smiling. Stay Safe. God Bless Y'all. ❤🙏 a
Chad I could feel your frustration. Don’t beat yourself up. You are doing a great job on your farm, and the animals are so well taken care of. Feel better Rae. Many blessings!
Chad, things like this happen with animals, just like accidents happen to our children sometimes. If these things were rare, there wouldn't be so many vets!! Don't beat yourself up over it! 😊
Great video guys. Thank you for sharing your farm life with us. I’m praying Patrick doesn’t have pink eye and feels better soon. He is such a sweetheart. When he was in the pen waiting to get his shots, Tipsy was right there loving on him. She was licking his eye and cleaning it. I love Rae’s pigs Maggie just runs all over that place like she owns it and has no fear. Right under the fence and in with all the cattle. Then she starts eating. I’m glad Adler doesn’t have to have that surgery right now. That’s a big one for a little guy. I miss seeing him in the videos. Rae hope you feel better. Doss Family Farms take care, be safe, try to stay cool and God Bless.
When the dogs are puppies you train them not to bark only when you allow it that's what I have done with all my dogs I tell them no no bark and my dogs only bark when I allow it I've had dogs all my life I came home from the hospital when I was a baby and had a dog waiting for and of course I couldn't trade that dog but when I got older I learn to train my dogs so try it even old dogs can learn new tricks I have a dog that is 19 years old and she still learned new tricks take care Chad God bless you and all your

Chad, taking care of Frank and Patrick sure did look like hard work 😓! But it has to be a relief that their shots are in them😊! Rae, glad you’re feeling a bit better😊! Glad that Adler is able to wait on surgeries! Praying for good health! Take care and thanks for sharing 🙏🏻🤗💕
Chad, have you ever considered carrying a raddle paddle or a flag like a lot of cattle man do. Gives you something when you don't want to be to close for comfort. Your learning. It takes time. Arrow quip is a big help for any rancher, farmer. Mike, OWL does his cattle all by himself a lot if Jeff isn't around. What a blessing to have it. Hope all get to feeling better, cattle included. Thanks for sharing.

Chad, look at cranial sacral therapy. Your ENT may order it as a form of therapy to help. The plates in the skull shift and affect ears, throat and face. My son had it the first 10 years of his life.
Well done Chad, what a day. Tipsy was good caring for Patrick having his vaccinations in the shoot. Thanks to Arrowquip it kept you safe.🎉. June bug was around whilst you did Frank and hes now tagged so hes yours. Good job done🎊. Glad Rae is feeling a bit better and that Adlers appt went well yesterday. You can do anything and everything possible for your livestock but sometimes things happen no matter what that is out of your control. It does get frustrating but at the end of the day you know you did your best and trust me your animals look wonderful and well taken care of.
You folks are doing a great job. Glad you are starting to feel better Rae. When I got sick last month I was in bed for two weeks.. You are all in my prayers. Sending love your way.❤
I'm sorry Patrick picked up an eye infection. Hopefully, you caught it in time, and he's in my prayers. It never hurts to ask. I'm glad Adler doesn't need surgery now. I hope never. May the Lord continue to bless your family.
So proud that you take such great care of your babies ( the four legged ones) and know when they need help and the two legged ones also. I always love watching all the Doss’s channels and I don’t always post things but I’m here so keep up the great work and I hope Rae feels better soon.
Aww poor Patrick, he sure looked like he didn't feel well. The fact that Tipsy was so calm why you were treating Patrick made me think she knew that you were helping him to feel better. I know that you still have to make sure you're on guard but you made it look so easy Chad. I know it's frustrating that Patrick is sick, and now you have to treat the rest of the herd. Is there a way that maybe you could put up another fence to keep them more separated from the neighbors animals. I know you're not 100% sure that it's pink eye yet, and not 100% sure that it's a result of being in close proximity to a neighbor's infected animal. It just sucks period. Chad, you and Rea take such wonderful care of your animals! I sure hope it's not pink eye and Patrick just got dust in his eyes or an injury that caused his symptoms. With that being said, I sure enjoy watching all your videos. I always learn so much. Thank You so much for sharing your life with us. Much Love from our family to your family 💞
Your's and Rae's channels reminds me of the Crocker's so much. You both have Highlands in Oklahoma!! It is wild to see cold weather cattle in 100+ deg weather. You both do provide ponds for heat relief and that is great. Adler is such a precious intelligent boy. Glad he does not need surgery at this time. Bruce is HUGE! He thinks he is a bull:) You and Rae are great parents providing the best for your family. Best wishes from San Antonio, TX.
Well we prayed for Adlers tonsils and God heard and answered, so we’ll pray for Patrick. Father we bring Patrick before you and because of the covenant that Chad and Rae have with you, their animals are under that protection from their covenant with you.,We ask for your healing over Patrick in Jesus name. Amen. God even cares for our animals. Prayers and blessings from the OKC Grandmother.
thank you so much for sahring the efforts thorughout - as others have said - we know very well that you do your utmost to keep your animals healthy and happy, so don't be beating yourself up over it - great to see Rae feeling a bit more chipper. Would Tipsy or June have gone back to the cubes in the ?hole? if you had opened it back up once the boys were in the hopper? Or perhaps you did ~ I know we dont see everything, but CJ got to the cubes well enough!
Because I'm not a farm person...I'm curious if Tipsy licking Patrick's eye/face would also make her sick? And if so would she need shots to prevent any bad infection?
Glad you're feeling better, Rae. Sorry, Patrick isn't doing well. Hopefully, no one else gets pink eye, if that is what it is. Don't beat yourself up, Chad. It happens and you're doing the best you can. God bless.❤
Omg Tipsy licking Patrick's face comforting him so precious
And it really did seem to calm him! Good Momma "Tips"! 😊
Seriously though, melted my heart, and I agree, definitely helped calm him. Such a good mommy
I know right
I cried it was so sweet
It was very sweet but maybe it’s not good for her to be licking around his eyes with the pink eye infection. Maybe it doesn’t matter because I’m no expert that’s for sure.
Tipsy comforting her son, what a good mama.
Aaaah tipsy is right there to comfort patrick!! Was sweet!! Tipsy trusts you chad!!

Chad, look at cranial sacral therapy. Your ENT may order it as a form of therapy to help. The plates in the skull shift and affect ears, throat and face. My son had it the first 10 years of his life.

That was an awesome testimony you gave at the end of your video, God bless 🙏

God Bless the whole Doss farm. Thanks for caring for your animals and family.
I had tubes in my ears as a kid. I can’t remember how many times I had to get tubes in and out or replaced cuz one came out. Glad you’re holding off. I was getting ear infections a lot as a kid. The best part of the whole experience was the popsicles. Lol. I don’t miss that pain or the pounding in my ears. I’ll be 🙏 for lil boss man.

Because I'm not a farm person...I'm curious if Tipsy licking Patrick's eye/face would also make her sick? And if so would she need shots to prevent any bad infection?
I was thinking the same. Oops Tipsys gonna get pink eye next
That’s why I mentioned the dart gun and treating them all 👊🏻
Howdy to you both. God bless you both and your whole family...🙏❤🙏❤🙏
It’s a learning process with the animals - you did a great job.
Glad you're feeling better, Rae.
Sorry, Patrick isn't doing well. Hopefully, no one else gets pink eye, if that is what it is. Don't beat yourself up, Chad. It happens and you're doing the best you can. God bless.❤
It sucks, but like you say, it's farming. Glad Rae and Adler are feeling better. God Bless y'all. John V. Michigan. MAGA
I hope Rae is much better and totally well soon. I love Doss Farm!!!!!❤️
14:55 I never realized how pretty Frank's coat was until this overhead shot. 😊
