i need some advice, I noticed that paracord is a little too thick for most standard arrow nocks, what size of paracord should I use if I want to use standard arrows? Or, if I wanna continue using 550 cord, what size nock would fit comfortably?

It depends on the brand, most traditional bow nocks I've used fit paracord fine. If they are plastic, they can be heated with a heat gun on low or over a small clean flame like a butane torch (from a distance) and then pressed into the string when flexible. Let them cool down on the string while the next is heating and the nocks will be ready to go by the time the next is ready to form.
