Hi mate, I have a credit card and I don't use it often, available balance is £2300. Would you suggest reducing this down if it isn't used past £100-£200 a month? I also pay it off in full each month.
I use an Amex card and debit card for monthly outgoings, Amex is paid off monthly so balance refreshes from zero each month. Is this deemed bad from underwriters or would they also require 3 month statements on Amex along with debit card statements?
Follow these tips guys and you wont go far wrong. Let me know your thoughts or any questions you may have about the video

how does one adverse search on credit file effect?
As in a credit search? Hardly an issue at all, just don’t go doing more than 5 in a week
Sorry.. My bad. Its an "Adverse Account" for a "defaulted" debt, last updated 3 years ago. And it has affected my credit score badly.
