Bill, what a pair of great hunts and making memories that will never fade away. Thank you for sharing the video and stories. Christy was a trooper. Angie helped me load a deer one time after I had back surgery. She says it is the nastiest thing she ever did. 😂😂😂
David your knife really came in handy for the field dressing chores. It is my "go to" knife now even in the camp kitchen. Very special to me that you did that! The knife I used for skinning my buck has similar sentimental value. Angie is an Angel too!
I really am glad that you use it and it comes in so handy. Must have been some divine intervention the day I walked in the store. The knife you skinned the deer with was quite impressive and really neat. That was a very nice gift. Angie enjoys the videos as much as I do. I’m going to get her to go camping one day. I’m keeping the faith.

Yes John, Justin did take his buck on Thanksgiving Day. Mine the day before. We had a small gathering this year. That will be featured in the next video. Hope all is well in yours & Laura's world my friend!
@@PungoPrairie we're doing pretty good thank you. Just had a awesome trip through Tenn, MS, KY. I'm sure you saw the different posts on my BBQ & CI page. We helped at a Chuck Wagon event and raise $15,000 profit for the Veterans in Mississippi and Tennessee. Then we visited the Ark Encounter in KY. If you get a chance to go visit it do it. It's amazing.
Would love some venison. Son is hunting this week end, but it m is 70 degrees. He said he would be hunting in shorts for the first time. LOL. LOVE FROM TEXAS

As a fellow mountain top hunter I appreciate your explanation of these deer. Guys who hunt farms see these kills and deride them saying “ah you shot a young one” or “nice scrub 8”, having no understanding that many of these are also 3 and 4 year old deer. They are great prizes in my mind’s eye when blessed with such a kill and in my estimation are as wild as any deer may come.
