Actually no......sorry. It's fibre glass insulation, most has blown out as you can hear. See video of making the silencer. It's lost compression due to carbon build up.
@@MalcOfLincoln sorry malc I saw you jamming silencer with fiber glass it is muffled to much and still is I can see it blocking holes that has caused your problem I have used them engines extensively in the past never herd one run that quiet I stand by my comments you have more than likely got valve problem
