When I think of twin flames it reminds me of the movie Hancock in terms of what it might be like meeting the one person who can see you for who you truly are because they genuinely are a mirror image of you. Knowing that you are completely transparent to this person makes you extremely vulnerable in a way you have never allowed yourself to be. To experience the depths of love one must relinquish the idea of self preservation in consideration of the other and vice versa.
