i keep getting bullied by my department head at school/work. she keeps sending HR after me (like attack dogs) to silence, slander and scare me bc i decided to speak up about an issue. she knows i am right (and they screwed up). it is causing me so much stress and sleepless nights
🎯 I still don’t understand this myself. I just started to notice the pattern looking back on events in my life. Where I was, who I was around and what happened during those timelines. I feel like a walking warning but feel like I failed because I never recognized this about myself and it’s not like I was warning anyone of anything, just being myself in the midst of whatever was happening and usually having to walk away. It made me feel like the problem so I started taking responsibility for other people’s issues. Being isolated was a gift to me as much as I hate it because with all this time and reflection, I see how I absorb people’s disasters. Like a mushroom covering over an oil spill. It sucks for me though, it wears on my soul feeling like I never really made a difference and people always made me the problem.
When one is present and true in their being, one becomes a mirror for others to see themselves. You never needed to do anything more than be yourself. Others have only reacted to their own energetic reflection. You served a purpose for their growth in doing so. Good on you.
