一起来做“黑芝麻糊”。做法简单直接又健康，养颜美发。采用了自家炒香的纯黑芝麻来制作，里面还加了一点生白米(也可用煮熟白饭来代替更方便)和花生酱，可帮助提升黑芝麻口味并给芝麻糊浓稠糊状的口感，所以不要省略。黑芝麻糊趁热享用最佳，这芝麻糊有天然黑芝麻乌黑颜色，每一勺都是浓郁且依然可以顺滑滴流。满满黑芝麻香，搭配脆口坚果果干和桂花，增添口感~健康养颜又美发。
收藏方式：趁热享用最佳，做好收密封容器，普通冰箱冷却隔天中火弄热吃完。
Let’s make “Black Sesame Soup” together. The method is easy, direct, healthy, nourishes beauty and hair care. It is made with self-stir fried pure black sesame seeds, little raw white rice (can use cooked white rice instead for more convenience) and peanut butter are added in, which help to enhance black sesame flavor and give it thicken soup texture, so don't omit it. Black sesame soup is best served hot. This sesame soup has dark black color from natural black sesame seeds. Every spoonful is rich thick yet still drips smoothly. Full of black sesame aroma, paired with crunchy nuts, dried fruits and osmanthus flower, enrich the texture ~ Healthy and beauty hair care.
Storage Method: Best serve while hot, after done store in airtight container, chill in normal fridge, next day reheat with medium heat and finish eating.
