The responsibility lies in translating the quality of theory into practice and assembling it, considering the requirements of OEMs. The team serves as a crucial interface for quality in vehicle development. Julia understands her role to include distributing different personalities and competencies across projects in a way that optimally utilizes individuals' strengths.
