I just received the $600 rouge premier lipstick case…gold is scraped off the top and massive scratch on the bottom as though it were keyed. Now I have to wsit for an answer for them to fix it…so disappointed, Dior!
That is really too bad. I never actually buy online any Dior items neither make up beauty products or the fashion or bags / accessories. Always want to see the real thing first and what they hand over so luckily I got so far no issues on that. I only could think of for you to return it back and exchange or refund I guess ?

It’s not very pleasant the way that you touched the pieces, you could touch the hangers, l find it not educated. I think you can touch to feel the material, clothes are like art pieces, have to be treated like it. I don’t want to be rude to you, just to help to a simple detail, that will make your video to see better present.
Thank you for sharing your perspective! It's true that a shop is meant for shopping and interaction and even fitting it on while touching it with your full body instead of only a hand, unlike a museum where items are usually for display only.
