    📏 Quick Posture Test:
    Lie on your back in a crucifix position.
    Bend knees with feet on the floor.
    Bend elbows to 90 degrees, letting forearms fall towards the floor.
    Can't touch your wrists to the floor comfortably? This routine is for you!
    🛠️ Step-by-Step Posture Correction:
    Mobilize Your Middle Spine: Use a rolled towel under your spine to gently stretch and mobilize the thoracic area. Explore stretches that open your chest and middle back for flexibility.
    Engage Middle Back Muscles: Align against a wall with bum, back, and head. Perform 10 reps of pushing your breastbone up while squeezing shoulder blades together, enhancing posture.
    Actively Open Your Shoulders: Lie down as in the posture test, now trying to press your wrists to the floor. Do 10 reps with or without small weights to strengthen the shoulders further.

    Well. Left arm failed on floor and wall test. Forward head posture for far too long. Will soon get do this exercise slowly. Think it's my upper thorax problem, seized, in the upper back, neck area. Will let everyone know the results in around three weeks from now

      Thanks for the comment, yea when i did it, my left arm (from an old labral tear) was a much worse. You should find this makes a good bit of improvement even after the first run through :)
