Here's a breakdown of the program (I'm surprised it wasn't in the description or anywhere else): 3:10 Self Massage Chest Muscles - 30~60 sec each side 4:40 Stretch Chest Muscles (Pec Major & Minor) - 2 sets x 30 sec on each side 5:50 Forearm Wall Slides - 2~3 sets x 15 reps (every other day) 6:50 Prone Ts (activates and strengthens the lower back) - 2~3 sets x 15 reps (every other day) 8:10 Floor Angels (activates back muscles and opens up shoulders and chest) - 2~3 sets x 15 reps (every other day)

@@cha4rlie423 I am doing exercise for hunchback for 3 days...And I am surprised that I have gained good posture so far..I do stretching and strengthening 2 times per day(morning and evening)...my posture is improved and now I can feel that i have a good chest....I do stretching and strengthening exercises...for strengthening, I do facepulls at home suggested by athlean x...and I do stretching exercises suggested in this video...Now I will do exercises for forward head posture and APT...I desperately want to correct my APT but couldn't video any best dedicated video on it😥😥😥

To anyone having issues with the floor angels: if your hands do not reach the floor, straighten your arms first, then slowly increase the range of motion and aim for a narrower arm position gradually.
Me while doing this excercises for the first time: 'no way this is going to help' Me the same day in the evening: *standing sideways to a mirror* 'wait a minute didnt i have rounded shoulders this morning? I dont know how but this shit works! Dont be lazy and just try it out. This guy is a genius :)
I knew i had a rounded shoulder problem... But didnt know how bad it was until i put my hands on my hip and saw myself in the mirror from the side! Whever i pull up my pants or do such things, my shoulders goes insanely forward

But I have always had rounded shoulders and when I try to do the snow angel my forearms aren't anywhere near flat to the floor when in the "W" shape. it may work if you bend your knees and hinge at the hips and lean your torso forward similar to the form of a standing row and then do the exercise. The exercise relies on the gravity and the wight of your arms so to be effective you have to be facing the ground.

Bones going back in to their position. When ur moving them the bones rub against each other. Eventually that should stop when the tight muscles stop being as tight as they are currently
Its good. But i prefer yoga to exercises since we don't need tools to do yoga. Also it would be easier to convince someone who knows nothing about proper exercise to do yoga in order to correct their posture. I get that your exercises are good for gradually correcting round shoulders and effective long term but its hard to convince someone with round shoulders to do them all Your video and explainations were really nice and easy to understand. Keep it up.

Having a bad back and rounded shoulders usually means that it is almost impossible to lie flat on your back without pain.The Angel exercise is easy when you don't have back problems. The others a doable but this is hard
I don’t understand how this fixes the posture, how does it fix my bad habit. Yes these stretches make it easier but I can’t ever do it if I can’t remember to keep it that way
It should loosen up the flex of your chest, massage should release the tension allowing wider range of motion. Rounded shoulder indicates that you back is not strong enough. That chest is not allowing for the back muscles to engage correctly in the exercise. Its like trying to do biceps and triceps curl at the same moment.
I didn't have any pain but yes I have rounded shoulder due to my job which required work on computer and I am quite fat guy and I had focused too much on chest in gym
You could have reminded me to close the shades behind me. My neighbors are now giving me real strange looks and pretend to not hear me when I say hi. OK...they were like this before I started these exercises BUT watching me seeming to hump my wall didn't help.
Ive bursitis trapped nerve in both shoulder and headache and shoulder @leg pain is the worst year of my life had to stop working i hope i get back to normal soon as im 1yr in sivere pain, Godbless you all who are suffering from severe pain,, may God bless us all with the answers @strngth to heal ourselves,, take care all and be kind to one another
Yes you need to do posture exercises regularly possibly forever, because whatever you don’t use, you lose. We have several videos on our UA-cam channel showing exercises to avoid.

For me, I cannot overestimate the importance of a massage gun to use on these spots instead of the ball, really accelerates things.

Make sure you are cleared to do them. Also, if you try them and it causes pain, stop, don't push into any pain.

Put ur arms on the floor
Lie down, hold them out and don't move, let the gravity slowly guide them down. It'll take time so don't rush :)

These will def help strengthen smaller stabilizer muscles which can help push ups. Also, these are great as warm up for push ups.
