Seriously, Wano has been just flying by despite the unholy number of breaks we've had through it. I still remember being so hyped for the start of Wano as the editors teased 'It's coming next year' and 'oh sorry, it's actually the year after that'. I still remember dying to see Whole Cake Island just end so we could get to Reverie and Wano, but WCI just felt like it kept dragging on and on.... Now, a whole 2+ years into Wano and it's still going strong. Not even feeling the slightest bit burned out as it passes WCI and catches up to Dressrosa effortlessly. Wano is Legendary.

There a inconsistency with Black Maria, who is revealed to be 820m tall. Thats shorter than Jack who is 830m. In Chapter 979, there is a double panel spread where Black Maria stands next to the other Flying Six. Jack is completely in the panel whereas Black Maria, standing just to the left of him, disappears and her shoulders are above the panel. She genuinely is 2m taller than Jack in that panel, and in the same Chapter, you can see, as Kaido asks King why the Flying Six are there, that she's twice the size of King, if you take into consideration that she's behind him. In Chapter 984, Jack stands behind King and is a head taller. I think this is a genuine mistake and it may be corrected in the future.

Just imagine some people who were born when One Piece came out have kids of their own now. There are people who watched One Piece and now show it to their kids...I'm sure One Piece helped many through a rough time in life and cheered them up, so preparing people is a really good thing to do. It will be quite devastating once it ends.

This will lead to the final confrontation with Big Mom, concluding her story along with all fo the loose Elbaf ends. At this time, the revolutionary army is at open war with the marines, and Blackbeard makes his move. He publically reveals the truth of One Piece, stunning the Strawhats, especially Luffy, since they finally got the map done, only to have the central mystery taken away. Everyone in the crew has been saved by Luffy, now it's time for the crew to save Luffy from his challenge. Each of the crew recants their story with Luffy and that just because the mystery is over doesn't mean he can give up on his dream. We get a countdown of the Strawhats goals and realize that none of them are actually met yet. This done, the crew rallies and Luffy leads them straight into the war that has moved towards Laugh Tale, and the series goes on for another three years because there's just too much to finish up. But Luffy's journey ended before. He is no longer doing this to find One Piece and be Pirate King; he's doing it for his crew, just as they are in it for him. Five years ago, we were learning about Corazon, and Law ate the Ope Ope no Mi. So if there are 5 years left, we'll be able to finish Wano, do Elbaf, and then get to see half of a Dressrosa level fight. Seeing as Oda said One Piece would end in around 5 years last year, I'm not sure that I actually believe ODA on the ending.
I think if what you said is true, nd Blackbeard reveals it after they get the map done, Luffy would be pissed, and would likely have a war with Blackbeard, mainly because he's already got some grudges with the guy, and I feel that destroying his dream would just push him over the edge
@@jason3468 No idea, but he's been active for two years and if he captured even a single crewmember of Roger who made it there he could know. Blackbeard came up as a quick and easy example, it could be Shanks saying it to test Luffy and his crew after a physical battle. It could be the World Govenment. Doesn't need to be Blackbeard. It's the event that matters, not the person who starts it in this case.
I want to point out that ninja did use guns. Look at Sugitani Zenjubō's attempt on Nobunaga in 1571. He used two arquebuses when he ambushed the Warlord. However his shots couldn't mortally wound Oda through his armour.

Random thought: what if Luffy actually died for a while, loses the gomu gomu, revives without the fruit and goes on fighting for a while but is about to lose. Sanji could go on a hunt for it around onigashima, gives it to Luffy, and through eating it twice gains awakening in a roundabout way
In the latest anime episode i dont know if it was in the manga but shinobu said that even the pleasures which were unlucky and didn't get a smile fruit still lost their ability to swim.
*My Wano Theory:* I think oda may have been nodding at luffy losing an arm in battle during wano with the “if luffy makes it out of wano in one piece” joke seeing as how we know he will survive and imagine if he lost an arm the whole crew would be worried about him going on against the yonko and string pirates and luffy could shrug it off like shanks with the iconic “its just an arm” quote and it seems to have been hinted at quite a bit with mihawk vs luffy at marineford luffy almost got his arms cut off but he awakened observation haki and managed to pull his arms back before mihawk could cut them and cracker almost managed to cut off one of Luffy’s arms back in whole cake and he even got pretty a deep cut in there and with luffy being so reckless with his arms it could turn out to be a situation where say kaido goes in his dragon form and bites off Luffy’s arm mirroring the east blue coast lord biting shanks possibly and it could really be the best way to show luffy how reckless he has been in battle recently like he isnt going against weak enemies anymore these are the top pirates you have to be cautious I dont know this is just my theory let me know what you think tekking well thats assuming you read this all
I know what my item is, I've had this Kuriboh card since I was about maybe 3 years old. It was gift from my brother and it's so old and beat up it's barely in the shape of a card anymore lmao. Chopper in his 60's where everything went wrong, it reminds me more of the Noland story where the tribe used sacrifices because they lack the knowlegde of diseases. With 60 year old Chopper it's like he stopped using medical skills and went with superstition

There a inconsistency with Black Maria, who is revealed to be 820m tall. Thats shorter than Jack who is 830m. In Chapter 979, there is a double panel spread where Black Maria stands next to the other Flying Six. Jack is completely in the panel whereas Black Maria, standing just to the left of him, disappears and her shoulders are above the panel. She genuinely is 2m taller than Jack in that panel, and in the same Chapter, you can see, as Kaido asks King why the Flying Six are there, that she's twice the size of King, if you take into consideration that she's behind him. In Chapter 984, Jack stands behind King and is a head taller.
I think this is a genuine mistake and it may be corrected in the future.

Just imagine some people who were born when One Piece came out have kids of their own now. There are people who watched One Piece and now show it to their kids...I'm sure One Piece helped many through a rough time in life and cheered them up, so preparing people is a really good thing to do. It will be quite devastating once it ends.
But with the statement, he said that "The most exciting part of Luffy's journey will be over in 5 years'. Not a definitive "Oe Piece the manga will reach a conclusion in five years.'
Back in Sabaody pre time skip, Luffy claimed that if the crew let Rayleigh tell them the trust about the One Piece, he would quit pirating. It will be a massive twist if Oda reveals what One Piece actually is and causes Luffy to question his conviction. For Luffy getting into a worldwide war isn't interesting. All he cares about is One Piece and becoming Pirate King. Learning about the truth of the Void Century, the origin of the national treasure, finding All Blue, and more goals that interest us as the readers but not Luffy can still be explored post revealing what One Piece is.
My guess is that the Strawhats will finish Wano having defeated Kaido soundly, but Big Mom escapes having lost, but not given up. Then they learn where they need to go for the final Road and end up traveling. This leads them to Elbaf, and while adventuring there, the Strawhats know the truth of Big Mom. This will lead to the final confrontation with Big Mom, concluding her story along with all fo the loose Elbaf ends. At this time, the revolutionary army is at open war with the marines, and Blackbeard makes his move. He publically reveals the truth of One Piece, stunning the Strawhats, especially Luffy, since they finally got the map done, only to have the central mystery taken away. Everyone in the crew has been saved by Luffy, now it's time for the crew to save Luffy from his challenge. Each of the crew recants their story with Luffy and that just because the mystery is over doesn't mean he can give up on his dream. We get a countdown of the Strawhats goals and realize that none of them are actually met yet. This done, the crew rallies and Luffy leads them straight into the war that has moved towards Laugh Tale, and the series goes on for another three years because there's just too much to finish up. But Luffy's journey ended before. He is no longer doing this to find One Piece and be Pirate King; he's doing it for his crew, just as they are in it for him.
Five years ago, we were learning about Corazon, and Law ate the Ope Ope no Mi. So if there are 5 years left, we'll be able to finish Wano, do Elbaf, and then get to see half of a Dressrosa level fight. Seeing as Oda said One Piece would end in around 5 years last year, I'm not sure that I actually believe ODA on the ending.
I think if what you said is true, nd Blackbeard reveals it after they get the map done, Luffy would be pissed, and would likely have a war with Blackbeard, mainly because he's already got some grudges with the guy, and I feel that destroying his dream would just push him over the edge
I think that was a translation issue. I'm Japanese so I read the original one but I'm 100% sure he meant "the climax" with "the most exciting part."

Blackbeard came up as a quick and easy example, it could be Shanks saying it to test Luffy and his crew after a physical battle. It could be the World Govenment. Doesn't need to be Blackbeard. It's the event that matters, not the person who starts it in this case.

I want to point out that ninja did use guns. Look at Sugitani Zenjubō's attempt on Nobunaga in 1571. He used two arquebuses when he ambushed the Warlord. However his shots couldn't mortally wound Oda through his armour.

In the latest anime episode i dont know if it was in the manga but shinobu said that even the pleasures which were unlucky and didn't get a smile fruit still lost their ability to swim.
*My Wano Theory:* I think oda may have been nodding at luffy losing an arm in battle during wano with the “if luffy makes it out of wano in one piece” joke seeing as how we know he will survive and imagine if he lost an arm the whole crew would be worried about him going on against the yonko and string pirates and luffy could shrug it off like shanks with the iconic “its just an arm” quote and it seems to have been hinted at quite a bit with mihawk vs luffy at marineford luffy almost got his arms cut off but he awakened observation haki and managed to pull his arms back before mihawk could cut them and cracker almost managed to cut off one of Luffy’s arms back in whole cake and he even got pretty a deep cut in there and with luffy being so reckless with his arms it could turn out to be a situation where say kaido goes in his dragon form and bites off Luffy’s arm mirroring the east blue coast lord biting shanks possibly and it could really be the best way to show luffy how reckless he has been in battle recently like he isnt going against weak enemies anymore these are the top pirates you have to be cautious I dont know this is just my theory let me know what you think tekking well thats assuming you read this all

I know what my item is, I've had this Kuriboh card since I was about maybe 3 years old. It was gift from my brother and it's so old and beat up it's barely in the shape of a card anymore lmao. But I've had it with me through all of elementary, middle, and high school, and even now that I'm no longer in school it's the one thing I NEVER leave my house without.
