ngl there's literally terrible construction noises going on rn and it will continue for the next 1-2 years. so im finally going to do it. thanks for this video, ily
I'm an aspiring voice over artist so I've been running through ideas for my own apartment Vo booth. This looks like the closest to what I would like to do. By any chance to have blue prints or plans/instructions (besides in the video) anywhere that I could look at?
Side note: that amount of sound reduction (from 45dB to 21dB) is way more than 50 percent. Decibels are a logarithmic function, so the actual amount of reduction is probably hundreds of times. Nice work.
@@tomgossmusic Hey thanks for replying! do you think you could provide the quantity's of each construction item or is that something you no longer have on hand
Had so much fun working on this project with you Tom!! It’s the cutest sound booth for sure 😍
Thanks Isabelle! You are my smartest friend for sure!

You'll love the result!
Thank you! This gives me hope.
I'm a voice actor and I want to build this booth. Do you have any blueprints or schematics I can use to build one myself?
So cool!
Thank you!

Well I had no idea! No wonder it sounds so amazing in here! I will say, when I did the test I thought "is that it?" Thank you for educating me :)
Thank you for this awesome video!! Do you have any guess how much that booth weighs?
I’m also interested in the blueprints if you have them, trying to figure out if I can accomplish this without any saws to work with
I don't have blueprints unfortunately. We did this without using a saw. Any cuts, we got done at Home Depot. :)
Amazing Job. I love that is comes apart. What plywood did you use on the inside and outside of the walls?
It's actually very thin, 1/4".
I'm thinking about building one of these, do you happen to have any blueprints?
I do not have blueprints, the scrolling shot is pretty much the idea. The rest we did in our heads. :)

What about ventilation?
I chose not to make any. I just open the door.
