I'm a 50 year-old Sporting fan from Portugal and would just like to point out that I'm sure you guys are yet not fully aware of the manager you've just signed. Not only he has all you might expect from a top manager (a leader's aura, top game-reading and tactical skills, brilliant communication skills towards his team and the press, phenomenal charisma and that gut feeling that only the great ones have) but also - and this is probably his best skill - the ability to generate amazing team spirit by deeply bonding with all squad, so that even those players who don't play often are highly motivated when they are called to step in. He single-handedly changed Sporting's mentality and football structure to something I never thought I'd witness in my lifetime. FYI, club rivalry is also very intense in Portugal (isn't it everywhere?) but Amorim managed to change the mindset of the entire Portuguese football community, as he generates consensus also from Benfica and Porto fans in a way I never thought possible (something that, for instance, Mourinho never did). I don't believe - I am convinced - that he'll return United to its former glory sooner than everyone thinks. If he doesn't win the League already next year, I'm sure he'll be fighting for it until the very last games. So, for all this and for always taking away our best (Cristiano, Nani, Bruno, and now Ruben) I say: f*ck off, Man. United! But the truth is I will passionately cheer for you even more from now on...

I didn’t really notice much difference in Ruud’s matches from Ten Hags last match at West Ham, apart from players scoring goals they missed in that match. The bounce effect wasn’t even that great. We were mediocre at best in the only reasonably hard match v Chelsea. I’m sure if Ruud stayed on a few games and suffered a few defeats in harder games everyone would soon be on his back too saying not enough experience, tactically inept . All the usual crap. If MU is doubtful of kicking out Ruud (they were 4 games) and bringing in Amorim, then definitely you're never going to be a top flight team. Then there's the ethical question: was Ruud correct to constantly impose his presence in the new structure? NO ! He hasn't really helped MU with his constant BS conversation. Manchester United Should have Looked at Other Managers in Real Top Leagues like the Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga and Serie A instead of Hiring Ruben Amorim.
Which managers in particular are you talking of?
Top Class Coaches Like Pochettino, Zidane & Ancelotti.
Quality Managers With Premier League Experience Like Howe.
Heck Managers Like Alonso & Simone Would Be More Suitable Than A Manager Who Is Like Ten Hag Who Coaches In A League That Is Not Up There With The Premier League, La Liga, Serie A & Bundesliga.
The Portuguese League Is Just A Second Rate League Just Like The Dutch League, The Turkish League, The Greek League, The Belgium League & The Russian League.
Also Back Three Formations Like 3-5-2 & 3-4-3 Are Not Great Systems.
4-4-2, 4-3-3, 4-2-4 & 4-2-3-1 Are More Effective.
Especially In The Best Leagues In Europe.
No, they did not ! RVNistelrooy had all the conditions to change the way ! He show it and supporters saw it too !
You don´t understand that , the results Ruud is getting, it is because of the atmosfere of having soon a very good coach, Soon he would start to lose, if you see, he did´nt have 4 victories, and had a draw with chelsea at home, it means a lot. I would prefere Amorim to stay in Sporting, and not go to manchester, at the moment manchester is a lower club compared with sporting, much lower than sporting, the diference was , Manchester has more money and offers more money to the coach.
You must be drunk if you really feel sporting is bigger than man utd regardless of current situation. You must really be drunk
@@Culturelens In terms of revenue and fanbase, of course, Man United is the bigger team. What Rodeira is saying is that in terms of football on the pitch, Sporting is a much better team. Sporting is in 2nd place in the Champions League. Man United is in 15th in the Europa League. Sporting would defeat the current Man United team. If Man United were not such a big club Ruben would have stayed in Portugal.
@@Culturelens Sporting is on top of champions league now top of portugueses league, and MU isnt even near of that situation in next months ,so whats your point?
Rude was a ETH signing, not an INEOS signing. Now the ex players are going to start tearing down another coach.
Yes. Man Utd needs a complete reset.
You mean another complete re-set??
And that starts with the glazers mate...
They actually scared of Ruben 😂😂😂😂 awesome the arsenal dude stuttering 😂😂😂
No, Leave him in my Sporting to try win the champions league and continue with your Ruud. For what I understand Ruben and his body language when asked about Ruud I already know, Ruud will not be in the same place with Ruben. Ruud have a hiden Big ego and I can see that from my sofá in Portugal. Fresh start boys
@@JoaoPereira-ow6lr Good idea. Can we get a refund?
We wouod have had the same results in these last few games even with Ten hag
Boys... Amorim is a top 3 world manager.
No disrespect but the Leicester games were easy as well as PAOK but I appreciate the draw against Chelsea but these games are not good enough to say Van should be the manager
I trully believe in Amorim😊
Man united players needs a hiding the same players play different with Ruud then Ten Hag its clear that discipline and culture is needed and a leader not a boss
Why don’t you ask yourself why the same players are getting better results under Ruud than Ten Hag?! Don’t you think it’s because Ten Hag is a poor manager?? Don’t you think that Ruud’s midfield tactics have made us more difficult to play against??
Wake up! It’s not hard ffs
@@Draper99Ole won a load of matches with same players after Mourinho. So he was also a better tactician than Mourinho?😂😂
@@AnthonyStamper-nl2kz This response demonstrates that you don’t understand football or United. Mourinho had turned the environment toxic. He’d lost the backing of a significant number of the players. Ole initially raised the mood and morale and he also let the players off the leash, and that lead to the upturn in results.
Plus, Mourinho isn’t a top manager anymore. He’s yesterday’s man
@@Draper99 Yep I’ve only been going to OT since Tommy Doc’s reign in 1976. 🤣😂 I was trying to use Ole to show you that there is usually a bounce effect when a manager changes. Even if the new manager doesn’t really do much different. We’ve had 4 home games with Ruud. Too many of our players can’t cope with the expectations of playing for United whoever the manager is.. I take it you weren’t around when Fergie finished 12th and 13th in his 3rd and 4th season. Now at that time was he also a poor manager or were the players just not good enough ? Difference is we stuck with the manager and shipped out the players.
@@AnthonyStamper-nl2kz
So what? Doesn’t mean you’re not a clown. I wouldn’t have been on Ruud’s back at all. Again, you’re making idiotic assumptions to suit your childish narrative. Grow up.
I’ve been supporting United for over 40 years and I am well aware of Fergie’s early seasons. I can’t be bothered debating with you any longer. It’s impossible to reason with someone who isn’t intelligent.
Off you pop 👋
You people don’t understand that United is about to have a 2 manager combo like what Guardiola had with Arteta
Rudd will leave as he’s not needed
It's like these people never saw a 'new manger effect' before. When the only one talking sense is Melchiot, you know the whole clip is garbage.
You get the clicks though. Hated, Adored, never Ignored.
He did well for 4 games. Let's forget the precious 10 years of no progression 😂😅
Parting with Ruud is the result of the mess ineos organized when they kept ten hag
If MAN United dont need him, I would love to keep him in Sporting :D
U dont need to. Next season he will be applying for the job once again. 😂😂 Like Erik Ten Hag is currently doing with Ajax
Ruud needs to leave!
You people saying Ruud should have stayed, was Ruud not there when Man United under Ruud and ETH became a laughing stock?? If he was good enough why didn’t he show it in the past couple of months?? This media and pundits are so biased and always trying to favor and talk nice about those you know…. Shameful and disgusting discussions.
Enough of this culture and legends things… At this time of Man United, we need a proven coach to help the club get back to the glory days. You the media having this discussion, you know clearly that Ruud is not there yet to manage Man United but you are so biased that your eyes and minds can’t see these things. Learn from mistakes of OGA. No more try and error with the club.
But he didn't agree to keep him as discussed by highly rak.....
I expected nothing better from a former Arsenal player.
Amorim with this players, ,mmh ok...i wish you the 👌
If you want to move on Ruud must go out. Simple
Ruud Ruud Ruud
He won 2x Leicester and Paok.
Came on.
Do Man Utd etc...
United is now Portuguese territory. Hope the fans will not feel estranged.
Course they did RVN was not a long term Manager, Amorin is....... so trying to come up with an argument is pointless and just makes for a discussion that's not needed but somebody needs to get paid to talk bollocks
You are going to get in love with Ruben
What are these lot smoking bruv 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Really? Everyone wants to eat off of united that now we make stupid videos like this
No way on earth should he of got rid of Ruud!
It’s not difficult for him to leave 😅
RvB looks like a good coach but not good enough for long term. Winning 4 games does not make you the greatest coach in the world.
@@naradphargoo7480 did anyone claim that he is "the greatest coach in the world"? We just claim that he is the best fit as Man Utd manager. The momentum set in the last 4 games id out of this world compare to the last 20 odd games that Man Utd had played all season. Had he had more games to play, he might just win them all. Lets see how ruben amorim is gonna fare with all the pressure. Im confident he is going down
@syedaidid4393 we need to look long term bro.
4 easy games. Lame content.
Easy game?? Where ie Chelsea right now on the table mate? What was the score between Arsenal & Chelsea yesterday?? When was the last time United won a Europa game?? Where is Leicester City on the EPL table??? Look at all these facts before u talk! Easy gamee 😂😂😂. Man Utd only won 3 times this season. Which game is easy??
@@syedaidid4393Chelsea was our only tough game and United played no better than if a ten Hag was in charge.
@AnthonyStamper-nl2kz go on and kid yourself. Under Erik Ten Hag we would have lost that game come on. Chelsea is 3rd on the table for a reason. Sancho would be glad for the switch
😢😢 The sport press it's so toxic.....
He has now left, rudd. Amorim sounds promising.
She has to be joking.. a bad draw against Chelsea when they literally just drew with the almighty arsenal 😂😂 united made a top appointment in ruben
Leave united alone
every legend in man united in the end goes to the bin, the worst club in the world
But u guys y do u always talk to much again man united
Course they need him,
United played shit teams and were not that brilliant.
Lots of work to do, need a top class manager for that
Sorry rudde see you later son
picking Mr Musl Ban himself/"Netahn can do what the hell he wants" over Kamala ..good luck with that.
You guys are a joke and have a very short memory collectively. Remember Solskjær? He was an INTERIM manager and why he got the job as THE MANAGER eventually? I'm glad that the Board have learnt their valuable lesson and not given RVN the job at the risk of repeating history. For those who think that RVN should be given the job now I suggest you go take a cold shower.
Why are women talking about a man’s sport?
2 wins to leicester that is now one of the wrost sides in premier and to the giant Paok get real the press and this supposed comentor is the worst thing in man united
You guys should listen to your own voices 😂. That's why Man U are where they are. You don't really know what you are talking about. So what if Rudd was this or that! Move forward my friends. And there's no comparison possible between a Portuguese coach like Ruben and an ex Man U player or little coach whatever.... United is soo lucky to have signed the best coach around at the moment. By the way if United under Rudd were to go and play against Sporting CP under Ruben Amorim they would lose by 10-0 😅😅😅😅. Wake up or you will end up in 18th place or worse even. I really don't like the fact Ruben left to go to United at this moment.
Wtf is Ian Wright saying???
What a stupid question ffs
Here we go the new manager isnt even in and the media starts ruud isnt going to be the manager amd were glad see you later ruud we love you but d9nt need the bs with yhe media which will happen if you stay
I never understood why United brought in Ruud in the first place, unless it was some kind of insurance where Ruud would take over when ten Haag got the boot. I have sympathy for Ruud, I think United took advantage of his feelings for United and then dumped him. Maybe Ruud has been a little naive in thinking Ineos was on the level. The fact is, Amorim starts with a cross against him, he seems to have shown no loyalty to Sporting, how loyal will he be to us? Is he hoping for a good couple of seasons waiting for Real or Barta to come calling? Equally, perhaps, we must wonder how loyal this new United will be to him.
What a ridiculus discission ....
If he really thought about the club and not himself he would have kept his mouth shut up, and that says a lot of his personality. I know he's a legend at the club,...as a player.
What a bollocks video I really can't stand the media
English media is so pathetic.
