Episode 2 is up now and I'm working on episode 3. Be sure to subscribe and hit that bell which will alert you when more are uploaded. I've been having some health issues but when those get better, I should be uploading an episode per week.
Thank you for much! I appreciate those subscriptions and support! Next video (#3) goes up today! In the future, once my health improved, I'll be doing one video per week of FS25.
Hi. Just a small tip. Your view while driving is good. But when you areconnected to a tool/implement, scroll back a little until you can see the back of your tool. it'll also help with keeping a straight line and seeing the width of your implements. BTW what do we call you? You see that mini menu top left? If you look carefully there's a little white tractor icon. That will show the status of your tractor and tools. As you seeder is switched on and lowered it is green. If it was't it will appear white and up a little bit you need to zoom out a bit more so you can see the dirt behind the seeder and to see the texture change to seeded from cultivated.
One of my subscribers on my other channel started calling me "RGW" and it's kinda stuck. So that works for me! Between this playthrough and my test save, I'm starting to get the hang of connecting to equipment. My use of my equipment on my fields need work. I figure practice makes perfect (eventually).
Tip: Watering Stuff. All water stations that you can place or are already placed will cost you money to fill your tanker/barrel.. Free water can be got from rivers, lakes and the sea.
@@RetiredGeekWomanSims I think your right! I lost several tankers to the river! Finally I just adjusted the price =1 to 0 in the .XML of the "Unbranded water tanks" folder and put that down so it would be free!
I just found your second channel, I love your Oblivion playthrough on your other channel but I also love the sim games you play 🧡 I don't know if you've already explained so apologies if you have, for the sim games you were already playing on your main channel (motel manager, supermarket sim...), are they gone completely in favour of the new playthroughs here on this channel?😊 I've never played this game but I love farming sims so i'm sure i'll enjoy it 😊
Hi! I'm glad you found my second channel. In my newer videos on my other channel, I start mentioning this one. I think I will also do an announcement on my other channel so folks will know what's going on. I will be slowly moving all sim videos from my RPG channel to this one. Nothing will be lost. No play through will be abandoned. It might take a while for them to start back up. Motel Manager will go first as it has an ending that I have planned and it will be less total videos. Likely Supermarket SIm after that since I have quite a few of those already. And then who knows! I had never played a farming sim before but I'm loving this one! I have a plan for it but since I've never played before, it might continue past my plan! Thanks for reminding me that I need to make sure to make announcements on my other channel about what I'm planning to do! As always, I appreciate you!
@RetiredGeekWomanSims I could be completely wrong and missed it but i'm not sure its been mentioned in your oblivion playthrough? I'm assuming it may have been in your Baulder's gate playthrough but I haven't been watching that yet as I haven't had the chance to play it myself and I want to avoid spoilers 🙂 So I can see some motel manager and supermarket simulator on this channel, are they brand new playthroughs or video ports of the older playthroughs from your other channel? I'll watch again for the algorithm but just so there's no confusion, are they completely different videos? Thank you as always for the content, we appreciate you especially after your health struggles, it's amazing you're still making content 🧡
@@EMbergames1995 The Motel Manager and Supermarket Sim videos from the RPG channel will be moved to the new channel. The playthrough will be the same. Not new playthroughs. I appreciate you so much watching the same videos for the algorithm. You wouldn't believe how much that helps.
Shame you're not on xbox , I'd have been happy to jump on multilayer with you and show you around the game, would have been great to start a rags to riches playthrough , you'll pick it up no probs , Woodchips are great for making money 👍🏻
Maybe eventually I will do a playthrough with little money to challenge myself. I figured learning the game being a novice was challenge enough. I have a hard time with controllers on consoles. I got a Steam Deck to play in bed when my back won't let me sit at my desk anymore. I'm really struggling with the controller. I started with a super easy game to get the hang of it. I'm getting there. I'm very fortunate that with all my health issues, I don't have arthritis in my hands. My entire family does.
@RetiredGeekWomanSims awww thata a shame , hope you master the controller , keep at it , as I'm sure you will , glad you can still play , enjoy , the games brilliant , even more so when more mods are released, love riverbend springs as a map , layout is fantastic . I'll look forward to more content and see you learn 🏴⚘️⚘️⚘️
@RetiredGeekWomanSims yeah its a great map , love the layout of it especially for transporting things in the hgv , I'm a hgv driver in real life so I love that part of it . Hope you're enjoying the game and learning more as you go.
@@johngers1977 I'm loving it and learning more each day. Basically I wait until something is needed and then I research. Little at a time works best for me.
On General settings your Ai workers should be set to OFF where the other option is BUY. If any implement like a seeder or Sprayer runs out they will use your money to refill it. It can cost you a lot of money. Plus AI workers have to be paid.
YIKES! Thanks for the tip! I haven't used AI much yet (I want to do things myself first to see how it all works). You probably saved me a good bit of money!
I noticed that putting the small production points near the silo and then filling the silo will automatically fill the production! I do wish the animal products did the same though!
@@RetiredGeekWomanSims that’s is what happened with the small productions.my thought was to put it in line so it was easier to fill but it just loaded them up automatically
I've seen worse believe me! What's coming out the back is straw, and the actual line of straw is called a swath. you get this with gras and hay but you need other tools to get it. Any work you do in a field you always go the longest side. This cuts down on turning around. Most times you will have to use 'headlands'.This is when you go along the outer edges of a field. 3 is a good number to start with. You use these if there are trees, fences, buildings or other obstacles close to theedge of a field.
I was watching a popular YTer yesterday and one of the comments on his video was from a real farmer who explained "headlands" (I was pronouncing it wrong) and what they are for. He explained that the are used to turn around once you start working on the inside. Who knew! Yes I plan to buy a bailer. In my test play I went cheap. I won't do that in this playthrough.
When I see slang being used that I don't understand the meaning of, I ask my grandson if someone is being rude, nice, friendly or complimentary. I'm pretty sure you're being friendly. 😎 So my answer is "Nothing" and "sup with you?"
Did you know that fs25 should not of been released. It has so many bugs and factories and production problems it's a joke . The only thing that sold this rubbish is the fan boys promoting this trash. Can't even throw the ball or pat the dog .😂😂😂😂😂😂
I respect your thoughts and know a lot of long-time FS players feel the same. Being brand new to the series, I haven't been tainted. I don't know what should and shouldn't be there. So for now, I'll play and enjoy and create videos for those who like my style. Perhaps eventually the game will be updated for all the enjoy.
It is nice to see a new player to the franchise. I'm looking forward to watching more.
There will be more. I plan to do a full playthrough on this. It's such a relaxing and fun game!
Can't wait for more, l enjoyed it so much 😁

I plan to be around as long as my fingers can type and my eyes can see the screen! And I need all the luck I can get!
