As a result of not going through puberty there’s no breasts or a change in the hips and pubic area. They are not transgender, but are true intersex.

If they do have XY chromosomes, which hasn’t been fully established, then one of the genes on the Y chromosome failed to express itself correctly. This has resulted in the person developing female genitalia including fallopian tubes, but no ovaries. This is why they were considered female at birth, however I suspect that they did not go through puberty either male or female. Although sterile, it is feasible for them to carry an IVF baby to term as the cervix is fully functional.

Looking at the persons face, there is definite masculine characteristics.
As a result of not going through puberty there’s no breasts or a change in the hips and pubic area.
They are not transgender, but are true intersex.
