  • I was lucky enough that Richard Heeres asked me to try his new Semi-hollow model: “Blue”.
You can check out the specs of it on Heeres Custom Guitars Website here: bit.ly/BlueHeer...
Beautiful guitar that sounds and plays amazing, but you can check it out in the video.

I hope that in the years, and decades to come, that this channel is revered for it's intrinsic value. Due to an unfortunate lifestyle, I haven't played guitar for about 8 years, but I am purchasing all new gear next Saturday. I have many of Jens uploads bookmarked and I can't wait to fill in the gaps that may have eluded me over the years. I wish Jens lived next door to me.

I enjoy speculating that Mr. Larsen uses music to translate his mathematical mind into emotional expression. He is an analytical man, but he is also incredibly sensitive.

Nice playing (of course) and pretty guitar, but what I hear is Ed McMahon: "Heere's Jens"...

Thanks! I don't know who Ed McMahon is, I am guessing it is radio or tv?

@@JensLarsen Gee, I thought everyone in the world had in-depth knowledge of American catch phrases! Ed was the announcer for Johnny Carson on The Tonight Show, a tremendously popular late night television variety show. He always announced the host with "heeere's Johnny". It has become sort of a meme (at least in the United States; evidently not so much in Europe). Jack Nicholson uses it in the movie "The Shining", for example.
