Yes , surely , and many others ... But these Guys are simply perfects about technic , originality and sound ... with them it's a sort of " end of the drum technic " ( ! ) ... difficult to go further after that ... But it's only my personal choice ..
Tom is and has always been a first order beast. I saw him with Wayne shorter way back and I used to see him at a restaurant in San Diego playing with guitarist Peter Sprague bassist John Leftwich and keyboardist Kei Akagi. Can you imagine that?what a band! I remember Tom talking about going out with Chick around this time. I was wondering what that gig would've sounded like. Nice to see the video. Thanks a mil for sharing it.
Wow I feel like I rarely see Brechtlein this aggro. I am loving it! He's playing that long-game with his phrasing and ideas- this is really terrific stuff.
everyone has their own opinion and their own taste but for me steve gadd is one of the best and most technical and most pure drummer in this style of play music again I say and these are great masters and everyone has their own taste and your own style of knock.
