Ruin and demise charm,i played that staple when i started yugioh,it bricked often but it could destroy drytrons and eldlich meta back then when it didnt brick

and the ritual moster to ritual spell ratio was not good at all. He played too many bricks and not too many ritual support

Ruin deck is so op, only problem it bricks 9/10 times. And the one time it didnt brick Sam decided to meme the timer,legend. Love you Sam, please make series best of 9 so we can see more decks, and wishing you pharaoh draws on the next one.
I ran Ruin/Demise when I first started Master Duel, it's one of the earlyish decks you run into in solo mode and I thought it looked cool.
I imagine it's very bricky without some of the ritual support that's not allowed in this challenge. Even the level 4s are ritual monsters that use the same spells. Maybe it's my old YuGiOh brain but the thought of not even being able to set something and pass if you get a bad hand bothers me.
It's fun as hell when it can pop off, but it's somewhat inconsistent.
That villian arc was so short, sam became a filler henchmen before he got cooked.
Before I even see the deck builds or archetypes or anything, I wanna say this: the toxicity and banter add to the content. You guys are both great duelist and I am enjoying this series no matter who wins. It's great fun and I'm usually laughing during the videos. Keep it up fellas
I do think they should get rid of the banned cards rule. Most of the time the cards are banned becasue of interactions from other archtypes that break them. In archtype they should be 100% playable. plz do this!!!! Crystron halq is an example. The deck basically needs it to play, but other decks abuse it too much.

As a Geargia player, it was tough watching Seereax play my deck. He misplayed multiple times because mark three locks you into geargia and auger locks you out of your battle phase. I know Gold and Silver gadget wasn't allowed in this game, because it's supposed to be pure Geargia, but he could have added a few Machine Duplications to his deck to either get three Geargia Augers on the field or three Geargianos mk 1s on board.

I kinda love Ruin ... and Demise is there too. But Ruin & Demise have two problems: no way to search effectively or recycle cards, and neither Ruin nor Demise have any protection when on the field.
Lvl 10 ruin provides destruction protection and lvl 10 demise provides battle protection
I run them with impcantation. Makes it super consistent.
I used to play Ruin & Demise with no Demise monsters...Ritual Sanctuary is an amazing searcher when pulling the wrong spell cards

Demise supreme king of Armageddon is probably one of my favorite designed cards of all time. He has a sick art.
XD I gotta say I understand both of your understandings since it's the rules but it would be funny if you both used banned monsters to see as to why they were banned.
Sam knows for sure it was because of tear he just doesn't want to admit it.
Being able to throw any card into the grave is pretty strong.
Master peace is banned on it's own though.
@@coryyoung7544 True and for a lot of other decks who can capitalize on the card which I can see why Sam wanted to have banned monsters to not be used but I can see where Deion is coming from since he was on the Unlimited mode for him to use other banned cards.

Apparently low E is higher tiered than High E, not sure how that makes sense though
@@reinstriver5432 i think just purely based of archtype high e is better higher tier decks are usually a mix match of differnt ones

Magnets is definitely better than most of the low e decks on the wheel and it doesn't matter if it's supposed to be better or worse it's still cheating none the less
Thats how it usually goes with Sam though. Constantly bring up how Seereax cheats while glossing over the times he cheats all while being like "Why is the whole world against me?" "Everyone supports Seereax"

Maybe he had no space for them, he was already at 42 cards and couldn't take even a card out
Yeah, Sam misplayed at this moment 15:40. Had he summoned Ruin, she could've attacked the monster and used her ability to attack again, then he wouldn't have had to spend 2k life points for 1 attack. Though him drawing the Quick-Play spell was more of a hindrance in this moment because that card rarely summons out the big bosses of this deck, instead sacrificing them to summon the level 8s.
And the best way to keep from bricking with this deck is to have as many 8s and 10s as possible, having few level 4s so you can always sacrifice something to summon another. (just too bad he didn't/couldn't use the basic ritual searcher monsters.

Said this last time gonna say it again... make another wheel where u have support and the options are monster/trap/spell... so if u land on spell u can pick one NAMED spell that maybe isnt part of your archetype but helps. Like maybe not orcust card but a generic card that sends a dark to the grave, if a monster than it helps brings out your archetype but isnt a major reason your able to win, and same with traps
