I like the fact that Moe Fei is no pushover, who backs down on any argument when she knows she is right. Xia Xueling is pulling rank, because Mingxuan likes Mo Fei and she wants Mo Fei to leave. Xia is having toddler tantrum (someone used this term that i found funny and appropriate here), but didn't get her way. 😂😂😂

The lead actor has always acted in this role of a calm, cool person. He must take on a role of the opposite character to display his range of acting skills. However I read that he’s the producer in some of his dramas so I guess he chose the roles.
Watch Eternal Wave. He’s in that with fl from Boss & Me but in different character. It’s a war film (Japanese Occupation?) Also try The Rise of a Tomboy. Same pairing again but his character is less than cool and collected.

Woman, Mo Fei can have you up on charges of Slander. There is a thing called evidence. You have none to back up any of your arguments. You (along with Tang) are a childhood friend with Fang Xiao Yu, someone you are currently still on friendly terms with. So you would be more suspect then her for living next to the guy. Cheng Yang is also on friendly terms with Fang Xiao Yu as well. You have no clear logical and reasonable excuse to attack her or fire her. The position of Mr. Tang’s wife and your job have no correlation. Never has and never will be… No matter how much you wish otherwise. Mo Fei was right, you are being unprofessional. And respect is earned, while curtesy is given.

I love this because it doesn't have the men jumping from mistresses to another . This Tang is faithful to one and only.. All the other C dramas I've watched are trash. I love the ones with Dennis Ohh too.
I think they have a culture that if a women pursue the guy the most will win the guy at the end. That’s why they have also lots of drama where it’s the FL who pursue the ML so much even if ML treats her bad. They show at the end the FL still gets the ML. So if we put same mindset to the rival FL, for them they can still get the ML as long as they prevail. Even if they are doing stupid things because they believe one day the ML will realize how much they like him more than the FL and will be chosen for that reason. We have this question ‘who you will choose, the one you love or the one who loves you’ I guess it’s ‘the one who loves me’ on Chinese drama.

I have seen boss and me, here to heart and read the synopsis of sunshine of my life which zhang han played as CEO and all of them have the similar plots. He has natural acting and charisma as a CEO but with trivial FL plot make me bored.
The audacity she has to mention her boss' personal life, his girlfriend, his relationship, her disapproval of that relationship, and in the same breath accuse his gf and their coworker of being a corporate spy is ludicrous. She's woman enough to fire an employee who doesn't deserve termination, but she's not woman enough to let the boss know she's interested in a mature manner because she doesn't want to be rejected. She foolishly thinks by firing her competition, the boss will roll right over suddenly and want her. These woman are delusional. Her unprofessionalism, petty jealousy, immaturity and vengefulness would warrant *she* be fired before the other woman. She certainly is not qualified to supervisor a department or other employees with such a lack of character, integrity, common sense and moral character.

In eastern culture it's accepted n considered cute. In fact it takes a lot of n deep love from both sides to be able to act like that otherwise the male will certainly tell her to behave properly.

Совместные обеды, на которых, в большинстве случаев, обсуждаются деловые вопросы, на свидания не тянут. То, что она ужинала в кругу его семьи или оставалась там ночевать, так это желания его матери, а не его. И потом есть сцены, где он прямо говорит о своих чувствах. Первая, где они обедают, и он ее напрямую спрашивает о ее личной жизни и есть ли у нее парень, да еще и с фразой типа «время идет, и ты не молодеешь». Такое СВОЕЙ девушке не говорят. Второй раз, когда она сбежала, и он пришел к ней поговорить. Он там прямо говорит, что Мо Фэй его девушка, а любовь и работа не обязательно должны быть связаны между собой. Если госпожа Ся предпочитает изображать страуса и на что-то надеется, то это ее проблемы. В какой еще форме воспитанный человек может сказать, что ты не его девушка и никогда нею не будешь.

He allowed her to hold his arm all the time...he knows they are not blood related...these actions could easily be misunderstood by her....but we can agree to disagree...

Они знакомы с детства, работают в одной компании на руководящих должностях, их семьи дружат. Ничего нет крамольного, если они вместе пойдут на официальное мероприятие, где им положено быть или поужинают вместе. Если бы он не рассорился с еще одним другом детства из-за сестры и тот был в стране, то он явно был бы там третьим. Он ни разу не сделал жеста или поступка, который можно было бы расценить, как выходящий за рамки дружеского. Он так вел себя годами. Он не похож на робкого юношу, который боится взять за руку понравившуюся девушку. Если бы он ее воспринимал как свою девушку, то предпринимал бы более значимые шаги, чтобы это показать, чем то, что Вы описали. Но, он никогда не пытался ее обнять, взять за руку (тем более, когда они наедине), поцеловать, сделать подарок или что-то приятное не в рамках обязательных праздников или событий. Его поведение, соответствует поведению с сестрой, а не девушкой, которая ему нравится.
Я так же держала под руку друга своего брата, когда приходила на мероприятия, но мне не приходило в голову считать его своим парнем из-за этого жеста, хотя мы оба были одиноки. Мы знаем друг друга с детства, это позволяет более близкий контакт, который не разрешен посторонним и малознакомым.
