I like the fact that Moe Fei is no pushover, who backs down on any argument when she knows she is right. Xia Xueling is pulling rank, because Mingxuan likes Mo Fei and she wants Mo Fei to leave. Xia is having toddler tantrum (someone used this term that i found funny and appropriate here), but didn't get her way. 😂😂😂

Watch Eternal Wave. He’s in that with fl from Boss & Me but in different character. It’s a war film (Japanese Occupation?) Also try The Rise of a Tomboy. Same pairing again but his character is less than cool and collected.
Woman, Mo Fei can have you up on charges of Slander. There is a thing called evidence. You have none to back up any of your arguments. You (along with Tang) are a childhood friend with Fang Xiao Yu, someone you are currently still on friendly terms with. So you would be more suspect then her for living next to the guy. Cheng Yang is also on friendly terms with Fang Xiao Yu as well. You have no clear logical and reasonable excuse to attack her or fire her. The position of Mr. Tang’s wife and your job have no correlation. Never has and never will be… No matter how much you wish otherwise. Mo Fei was right, you are being unprofessional. And respect is earned, while curtesy is given.

I think they have a culture that if a women pursue the guy the most will win the guy at the end. That’s why they have also lots of drama where it’s the FL who pursue the ML so much even if ML treats her bad. They show at the end the FL still gets the ML. So if we put same mindset to the rival FL, for them they can still get the ML as long as they prevail. Even if they are doing stupid things because they believe one day the ML will realize how much they like him more than the FL and will be chosen for that reason. We have this question ‘who you will choose, the one you love or the one who loves you’ I guess it’s ‘the one who loves me’ on Chinese drama.
