I’m from South Australia and have heard a lot of great things about Emotiva. Seriously thinking of getting the preamplifier and power amplifier, probably the A300 so I have plenty of headroom power. Never had a proper seperate preamp/power amp set up before which is ideal for an audiophile set up, and I think Emotiva would be a great place to start!
Very good stuff they make. Will make video so people can listen to the PT100, BasX A300, and Airmotiv B1+ speakers. For 1k, this system is killer! Super clean and sweet with great highs and warm body tones.
@@shagrathborgir2003 Hello, I sold it to fund a project then purchased another TWO 5175s about 6 months later as Emotiva was running a sale. The amp is BRILLIANT is all I can say. Emotiva no longer have them in stock though.
I bought the A-300 (300 watts/channel into 4 ohms) to drive my Magnepan 20.1s, while my AV receiver can drive all my surround speakers. Works great and love the A-300.
He said this is for the people that wanna feel like they own an amp from the X series lol that’s kinda sad 🥺 I wanted the basx a300 but after he said that I’ll pass and just save up to buy a more powerful amp
You call it 5125 here but end up calling it 5175 on your store. I know 5175 sounds like 5 x 175 watts and that's suppose to wow those without knowledge, but really... why did you have to go the way of the mainstream receivers?
legend has it, he's still pulling the top off
Lol. Still waiting for part ✌️I guess
After 5 years I managed to overheat my 7ch Emotiva amp, it only happened after playing for 8 hours in a closed cabinet. They make some great stuff.

Very impressive line of affordable equipment .
And also at par with much more expensive equipment like in terms of both sounds and built quality

But the TA 100 is a stereo receiver since it has a built-in FM tuner...
Emotiva makes some awesome stuff
...for the U.S.
@@sapyor Nope! Their amplifiers and processors are designed to run off any voltage any where in the world.
Have the A-100 , amazing, very loud , perfect amp !! Drive any head phones or speakers
What do you mean emotovia power how would it compare to a marantz 7 ch
All channels driven you'd lose output.
He says 80 watts of emotiva power is like 150 watts of receiver power, what the hell does that mean? lol aren’t all watts the same?
Awesome gear Dan!
Mr. Laufman. 5125 in march. Nope. 15" Basx Class AB sub. Nope. Several times you've mentioned items that are on the website but are not.
How does basx10 subwoofer compare with wharfedale d10 subwoofer. Thanks
Will basx10 subwoofer be a overkill for a room measuring 14x9 ft. Thanks
