I purchased my Taotronics TT- BH085 headphones in November 2020 and they worked fine for about 3 months, but then for no apparent reason they just stopped working. The blue light indicates that they are fully charged and yet when I turn them on, the red light indicator does not turn on and I get no sound. I've been in touch with Taotronics tech support several times, but so far I've been getting the run-around.

I bought both! These sound way better, more balanced (anker q20 has overwhelming bass in a negative way and has nasty mids and highs) these has way more clearer details and soundstage with instruments really present and clean. The ANC works well but it affects the sound a little, it takes a bit away from the highs and sound texture, but when I'm outside on a bicycle it's worth it, otherwise at home I will turn it off.

I'm tempted to order these to compare to my Anker Q20. I ordered the Taotronic sound surge 55 and received them yesterday. One of the worst headphones I've ever owned in terms of sound quality. They were heavy enough to constantly remind you your wearing them and the sound was distant, tinny, and muffled with really loose bass. My Anker Soundcore Q20 blow them out of the water. The Taotronic 55 are boxed up and going back to Amazon.

Unfortunately, the headset cannot afford the price
I used Anker soundcore Life 10 before buying this.
Especially there is a big difference in the bass flavor. Taotronics falls short
It's never bad for normal listeners. Those who buy such a headset for the first time may like
But those who love saturated bass won't please those who love acoustic music.
You can watch movies of course, but it doesn't have sound system quality.
The quality of the sound increases if the hardware and menus are adjusted on the PC or on the phone.
    I watched 10 movies with headphones. I listened to UA-cam and 320 mbts mp3.
If it is used with a device that is not adjusted, the satisfaction is less.
I watch movies with the taotronics BT apparatus that I connected to the Egreat media player.
The connection speed is better than the anchor. It connects instantly as soon as you open it.
Another good feature of the headset is; If the connection with the device it is connected to is lost, it switches it to pairing mode so that other devices can find it and our sister says it out loud.
I did not measure the playing time but it gives the time it promised because I never said the battery was over.
I never used ANC I don't see it either
I am a home user. I can't walk around with this huge thing in my head outside.
If your budget is low for real voice, buy anker.
