    Recipe serves 6:
    ▪︎2 bags of penne pasta, cooked (or rice noodles)
    ▪︎2 to 2.5 lbs top sirloin, sliced
    ▪︎3 small bell peppers, variety of colors
    ▪︎1 yellow squash, sliced
    ▪︎1 pkg mushrooms, cut
    ▪︎1 onion, sliced
    ▪︎4 green onions, cut 1 inch slices
    ▪︎4 Tbsp tomato paste
    ▪︎2 tsp corn starch, marinate beef
    ▪︎1 chopped garlic*
    ▪︎ 2 tsp chicken seasoning*
    ▪︎ 2 tsp oyster sauce*
    ▪︎ 2 tsp soy sauce*
    ▪︎ 2 tsp sugar*
    ▪︎ 2 tsp black pepper*
    ▪︎ 1 tsp salt
    ▪︎ ~4 Tbsp cooking oil
    Optional sauce: soy sauce & chili peppers or chili oil
    also used to lightly marinate beef
    Marinate sliced beef, 1 hour. Cook pasta al dente, set aside. Prepare garlic, onions, and vegetables.
    Medium to medium high heat on stove. Stir fry bell peppers, mushrooms, and squash in 1 Tbsp cooking oil, slightly season and set aside in a different plate.
    Stir fry beef in same pan with 1 Tbsp cooking oil until medium well, set aside in a different plate.
    Use same pan, add 2 Tbsp cooking oil. When hot, add cooked pasta and tomato paste. Stir fry until colors even out. Add chicken seasoning, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and salt. Stir til even.
    Add onions and mix evenly. Add cooked vegetables and mix evenly. Add cooked beef and mix evenly.
    Add green onions and black pepper. Mix evenly.
    Add optional soy sauce/chili. Enjoy!

    What are the measurements for the beef marinade ingredients?

      1 tsp for all of these, except sugar is 2 tsp:
      ▪︎ chopped garlic*
      ▪︎ chicken seasoning*
      ▪︎ oyster sauce*
      ▪︎ soy sauce*
      ▪︎ sugar*
      ▪︎ black pepper*
