The Tyson 250 next month will be the 3rd NCTS event held at NWS, and obviously we will have three different winners in three races. This is due to the fact that both winners are retired or went back to racing in lower divisions/or perhaps is retired.
Rest in Peace Barry Dodson, great crew chief and a great broadcaster when the did that a little in 2003. Rest in Peace to BP, great driver and broadcaster. Rest in Peace to anyone from this race I may have missed.

Back when they started, NASCAR gave some NASCAR East/West-ish schedule, with lots of one-of-a-kind short tracks all over the map - By like 2002, they were mostly racing on NASCAR Cup and NASCAR National ovals so the uniqueness was 100% gone
We went from 90% aged veterans from endless series with 10% rich peoples kids to 98% rich peoples kids “learning” out there with Kyle Busch, Klingerman, Crafton, an Iowan farm guy whos beenthere way too long
Hey buddy, if you have the 1995 Scott Irvin Chevrolet/Craftsman 200 at Saugus Speedway, I'd kill to see it. It's the only Truck race from 1995 not on UA-cam yet.
Thank you for these old races. Brings back some memories. This was when the racing was the best.
Fast forward 28 years, and I’ll be attending this year’s Truck race at NWS!

I enjoy seeing those old commercials.

Ernie was on track to be one of the best to ever do it before the crashes. He would just bully Dale Earnhardt at times.
Truck Racing ain't that exciting anymore today
You stoopid...
You can't spell.

He does. You can find it
Ernie Irvan ❤
So lemme get this straight. Irvan owns the Ruttman truck that is challenging for title. Irvan RETURNS and takes the fastest truck for HIMSELF 🤩
