Girl, I recently found your channel and subscribed instantly. I have used your channel as inspiration, and some of the most inspiring videos have been when you are very honest about your UA-cam career and UA-cam in general. They remind us who are just getting started that there are pros and cons to anything we are getting ourselves into. We also have to remember that we are still people who are imperfect, experience hardships, and have emotions. If we end up completely losing ourselves trying to please everyone, subscribers will always find someone else to watch. That's the hard truth, but that is why we need to put ourselves first to give our subscribers the best versions of us. I appreciate this video so much, and I hope that your break truly gave you the peace that you needed.

Alisha I have watched you since 2012 and you have never taken a break! You definitely deserve it and if you need it then I completely understand! I am a UA-camr as well and I know what you’re going through! UA-cam is so stressful and sometimes you feel like you just have to upload all the time and it gets hard when you have other things to do as well or if you’re just sad! And like you said mental health is the most important thing! I will miss you while you’re gonna but it’s not a goodbye like your title says, it’s see you later! Hi Alisha! Not sure if you'll even see this comment on a video from almost TWO years ago! Quarantine has me binging your old videos! I only started following you in November 2018, about a month after you and Remi started PB. I have followed Remi for years and fell in love with the podcast and so I subscribed to all of your stuff too!! I have never watched this video until now and I started to cry because I'm just so happy to see (at least from my perspective) how happy you are now. Girl, I recently found your channel and subscribed instantly. I have used your channel as inspiration, and some of the most inspiring videos have been when you are very honest about your UA-cam career and UA-cam in general. They remind us who are just getting started that there are pros and cons to anything we are getting ourselves into. We also have to remember that we are still people who are imperfect, experience hardships, and have emotions. If we end up completely losing ourselves trying to please everyone, subscribers will always find someone else to watch. That's the hard truth, but that is why we need to put ourselves first to give our subscribers the best versions of us. I appreciate this video so much, and I hope that your break truly gave you the peace that you needed.
