Hey Ray Ray Great video 😊 the lawn company Jabiso has a 4 man crew 2 weed eating and 2 riding zero turns. It's pretty cool they get done in 20 minutes 😊 I think it all depends on the size of the lawn companies I am mostly a 1 man show 😊 take care Ray Ray and God Bless

IMO, there's several ways to skin a cat. It's your business, and you run it the way you want to. What works for one person may not work for the other guy. There's pros and cons with having multiple employees. Florida Turf Pros runs three man crews, and he's killing it. When you’re an owner operator with an employee, your business is solely depending on that one employee and yourself. Those five man crews can still operate with a guy calling in. My goal is to have my guys do everything without me. My fear and a lot of owner operators fear is getting hurt or sick and not being able to work. If your business is solely depending on you, it could get very bad real quick if something happened to you. You have to ask yourself, "what would I do if something happened where I couldn't work for a extended period of time?" You're never gonna get employees to care like you do because it's not their business. Keep hustling!

I used to think that guys thought like i do on these jobs.. But they dont - To me it's just basic logical - "not killing myself" sense out here.. I been out here 18 years - can't do this kind of work that long without working in a smart-consistent-efficient way..

Unless it’s a large property two man crew is plenty. As for me solo cuz this Chuck in a truck is keeping the Benjamin’s.
