Take out the tree and put down sod now makes perfect sense. Putting down sod and planning trees and things like that are great to do in the early fall. It gives whatever you put down time to acclimate and it’s not as stressed springtime. You should get the tree out and put down the sod ASAP and just make sure that they keep it watered for a while And they will be better off with the Sod springtime

I’m sure that multiple employees probably read the comments. You guys remember that you are in total control of RAY. He can’t admit that, but it’s true. You can do whatever you want for the most part and he will still put you to work. He hast to do so.he’s pushing 60 years old and has trouble getting around and just cannot do this by himself. You are pretty much in total control of this guy

It doesn’t matter if they make it easy for you to work them or not. They are in control, you are not. They can do whatever they want and they will always control you like they always have. You don’t pay good enough for a top-tier guy so you are stuck with the bottom of the barrel. How crazy is that? A guy was so much attitude is really just a guy that spends his life being controlled by drugs and dope heads

You’re using this pay per performance for your benefit. Even if you truly pay the guy $30 an hour he would make more money than you pay now. Even if he only worked 30 hours a week he would make $900. You never pay these guys that much money. Even if he only worked 20 hours a week he would still make $600. I bet on average you don’t pay $600 a week. You’re getting away with paying them maybe around $20 an hour or so. That’s why you have so much trouble keeping guys. That’s why you’re always stuck with these low tier employees.McDonald’s and so many other places across the country pay more per hour than you do. Find one top-tier guy and truly pay him $35 an hour and I bet you will see a difference
