    Everything you said reflects what I just experienced with BCBS. I didn’t realize that Oscar was customer service focused. I’ll go with them next time.

    I started to get incredibly sick due to missing preventative care. HR departments need to get a clue. I'd have stayed if the insurance were tolerable.

    The bottom line is that the people working in those companies just don't care and are not accountable for the quality or lack of quality they deliver.

    I am starting to see a lot of concierge medicine models, such as One medical, Forward, or Parsley health. Do you believe that these models could be the future of medicine?

      Agreed. There is a wave of personalized and concierge medicine that is brewing. And it's a good thing.
