As a Brit, I thought gambling was out of control here but when I visited Australia I was shocked, nearly every pub has a bookies in it, it's half of the pub, all the men would be in there it was antisocial, it must get so many people in trouble.
Having never visited Australia (but desperately wanting to!) I'm shocked to hear this. Alcohol and gambling are a very dangerous mix, especially when you've had a skinful, your inhibitions go out the window.
@@THEINVISIBLEADDICTION I think it's extremely scummy tactics, they know full well people don't think clearly after a few beers, they would even have screens with the races on in the main bar and attractive Thai girls would chat with you while you play the fobt machines, and a lottery called keno that was drawn constantly and shown in the pub, i feel sorry for people over there who have a gambling problem they have no chance.
What part of the Podcast could you relate to the most?
Great videos. Can't get enough of them!
