Good review but I think that the voice packages were not rated fair. After all they are androids and they are meant to show no emotions and they definitely don't show emotions and sound like robots/androids. Otherwise great job!

fun fact, koga's voicepack is actually inspired by the assassin robot HK-47 from the knights of the old republik games from star wars. Its the only reason why I got that skin.
I enjoyed the detail in the video and how u showed off all the new aspects in a battle situation instead of just looking at them and the attention to detail on everyone's colours and particle affects really make it a very good informative video ^-^

I think you rated characters like makoa too unfairly and Vivian/Zhin to leniently Why would a robot meditate? Because that’s literally the emote, it’s called meditate, he’s going to meditate What about Vivian’s laugh in her emote and Zhin’s grumblings in his sulk emote seemingly slipping under the radar? Makoa didn’t get that treatment Zhin also cannot breath fire out of that mask, if you can’t let Makoa’s meditate slide, why does Zhin get a pass Finally, you have Vivian a point for the shield not blocking the screen but it is like 2 thin plates, which wouldn’t block anything, if makoa can’t meditate, why can Vivian have a useless shield?
Thanks for the comment. The Makoa meditating thing only took a ~0.2 of a point from the final score. It's not such a big deal so I won't explain for the 20th time why I disapprove it. About Vivian's shield, I mentioned that because her vanilla shield blocks vision completely, making it slightly harder to see the enemy (on max settings anyway). Omega shield is a bit more user-friendly :) About Zhin breathing fire, if you look closer, the fire FX (the texture and particles) are unique to the skin. Yes, in theory, he cannot breathe through the mask, however the devs at least took the time to make a custom FX for the Fire Breath animation :)
has the Imani skin been back in any form since then? or not yet? Jw if I missed the return of this event’s chest or something that would be actually heart breaking haha. as an imani main who doesent have this or the steel forged battle pass imani skin in dying to get something
Good question, I am pretty damn sure it will. All of the previous battle pass and unique event skins made their way back to the chest store at some point. Ascension Peak, Rise of Furia and Dragon Call events all had their own chests that included every item you could get during the event, including even the smallest things such as sprays, avatar and main menu music. I am not sure about Mixer because I haven't seen any event skin there yet, though it might be a good idea to keep an eye on Mixer rewards too, just in case.
I think emote compatibility is being overly represented in the over all score. And model quality and animations aren't getting the overwhelming dominance they deserve
I would have personally docked points for how huge Zhin and Koga's weapons are for these skins, Koga's fell to the age old classic of Hirez for some reason thinking the backs of smgs are square and Zhin's sword is twice as thick and bright as hell. Also, I felt that Zhin's emote compatability was given too much leeway, his sulk emote still has degault zhin voice lines and his breathing fire emote doesn't fit at all considering in this skin he has NO MOUTH. Other than that, good video.
I regret not having bought at least something from the event. Love almost all of the skins and I feel partially guilty that they don't do more big-scale events like this anymore.
Good question. I rate based on how well each already existing emote fits the skin. Obviously, this is merely my opinion. For me, a meditating robot makes little sense, though I am sure some other people don't see anything wrong with it. Cheers

I totally disagree without as long as freetoplay games go paladins is probably the best game I would ever say and definitely recommend though there are bugs and server crashes it's acceptable like honest and the give you weekly 50 crystals fo free wt more do u want though I mean the skins are def worth it coz I bought the makia ones but as freetoplay they got make money it's a big company so and also they see the community review and stuff so this I think is less of a decision but I understand if it's Yur opinion though bit it's definitely worth it
Although your recent videos are much smoother and look great I like the more harsh and real criticism in your recent videos you say seomthing like the voice pack is unoriginal and bland and doesn't match and then give it an 8 XD also in the pirates treasure the rukus emotes have default rukus voice without penalty I def think a little more harsh criticism in your up and coming videos wouldnt be out of place :)

This one makes me kinda angry, a skin shouldn't lose points because it 'isn't compatible' with an emote, at least not the way you're doing it. Who cares if a machine mediates or drinks, the animation looks good ffs, it should only lose points if the skin if physically not compatible with the emote like clipping parts. And subtracting points for a robots voice being flat is really stupid

I think animations should count more on the result since its basicly what you are seeing all the time, and emote compatibility is mostly irrelevant

3rd person used to be a huge part before it got removed. Some argue that the game lost a huge chunk of its playerbase because of that change :(
