Definitely spot on. I literally bought a Mac and everything just for Final Cut. Dramatically improved my videos and efficiency. Cut my editing time from like two hours to 30 minutes.
I am in the symbol right now because I hate premiere, I want to cut my time and do stuff way more easy. Especially doing the faster move by the ramping, doing this stuff in premiere is so hard versus final cut so easy
Yeeees pleaseeee do a video of how exactly you edited that awesome RE video!🙌 You are literally the best at explaining anything related to RE. Everything I know, I know from you...
Wonderful video. Gonna be streaming the wife’s MacBook to get videos done now to try this out! 😂 I’d love to see a tutorial video of doing the lines effect on a property! 😊😊😊
Thanks for this video .... very useful like all your other videos! And yes, if you wouldn't mind sharing a video on the whole process in FCP, including music, that would be really great. Thanks Michael!
If you made a tutorial explaining how you edited that example home you showed in this video I would cry with happiness!! And yes please more FCP video tutorials in general!
@@dronteam I would apply stabilization after applying speed ramp. There’s not a lot of settings to mess with but sometimes it’s definitely necessary to play around with them . Sometimes it just doesn’t work well though and you can’t use stabilization.
Love Final Cut - only program I've ever used! ❤️ Where did you get the property outline template from? And the motion blur filter for the speed ramps? Your channel is the best and I've learned so much! Thank you!
Great video. I've been using Premiere Pro for over four years. Thinking about switching to FCP. Could you please create a video about complete video editing or live streaming? Is there any feature available in FCP similar to the pancake timeline (multiple timelines)?
FCP if fine for small videos like this, but it is leaps and bounds from Premiere in regards to feature and options. There are also plug-ins for premiere that assist with these type of effects.
I use Pixlmob for my stills. I have not done any video but I'm thinking it would be difficult to have them edit video content like this and give you back what you're looking for. I can't imagine communicating all the cuts and transitions, ramps. I feel like I'm going to have to learn to edit my own video work. I'd love to see how this full video was edited.
I like how you say Ryan Nangle like he hasn't been a huge creator for this medium for a long time. Not saying everyone should know who he is, no shade, but in the FCP world he is a PRO! lol
Once you stop trying to think in terms of "what the other software did", migrating to FCP is a fast process. But please folks, take the time to view the many free tutorials by the likes of Ripple Training and others.
Mike ... I just picked UP Final Cut. coming from PPRO.. I'm so confused on importing media with Libraries and what not ... I like how PPRO allows you to put a project and Corresponding video files in one folder. .. when I I'm done with a project I just drag and drop the folder for safe keeping on External harddrive if I need to access in the future for what ever reason... I would like a video on how you import media and set up your timeline
@@alansarpy you can have multiple projects in a library. Library is what contains all your footage and assets. But yeah, it’s kinda like the mother project file haha
@@InsideRealEstatePhotography what are the specs on the Mac you're using? I'm trying to hold off until the new mini or studio is released as I already have a new hdr 4k monitor that will work but we'll see.

Excellent video as usual. Would love to see you editing such a video. Seems like so many are going towards DaVinci because of the color grading.
That video at the end is one of the best I’ve seen from you… I’d love to know more about the 3d tracking fence thing.

Makes sense for Mac .... Davinci Resolve if you are a PC user and yes it has a learning curve, BUT, learn it nad it blows final cut away.

The only thing that I dislike it was the 24 fps looks on your video (so choppy) 30 fps its the best for social media in general
