      Or maybe she actually did not like him and he had a reason to be upset about the grade she gave him. She didn’t deserve death and I would love to think the best of the teacher but I think a lot of us have had teachers that didn’t like us and gave us less grades than we deserved. This page is always bias to the white female victims in these stories and makes them out to be saints that never hurt a fly. Just like the scamming gold digger who worked at twin peaks. To only give those two options is irresponsible when you don’t know the true details.

      She was one of the first women to be a commercial airline pilot in Mexico.
      But she loved kids, our future. 💀

    This happened in my hometown and it has just made dominoes fall for everyone involved. So unnecessary and so tragic one of the two teenagers mothers I’ve known from a distance and the life that it drained out of that woman and burden in her eyes when I saw her afterwards was insane, these boys didn’t just take one life that afternoon they took multiple. Such a shame.

I'm sure this was extremely devastating for all involved I can't imagine how this would effect a parent when your child does something like this.     Both kids are psychopaths. Killing your teacher over a bad grade, horrible. No way they should get out of jail. They should rot in prison. If they get parole, both of them will just do it again. Rest in peace.

Chances are higher when it’s a child, and they’re even more likely to become chronic violent offenders in their adult years.       I don't necessarily disagree with you but the law is more based on the fact the human brain isn't fully developed until we're in our early 20s, kids /teenagers, don't completely understand the consequences and permanence of their actions.
      I'm not defending the law! I've just read about it and seen a few documentaries on TV.

    If anyone is wondering, an F means you didn’t do $h!t. It’s pretty hard to get an F. So they skipped class, didn’t study, failed tests and quizzes, never participated. Some students take language classes thinking it’s an easy A/B and these two were seriously wrong.

      I took Spanish in high school .I thought I was doing well the first week until we had a quiz. The teacher said works in Spanish and we were to write the word in English. All the words sounded the same to me, l was the only one in my class to fail the quiz. I dropped the class.

      I wouldn’t doubt it if this teacher was kind of a jerk. These kids were juniors and one F can be enough to keep you out of colleges you otherwise would have gotten into.
      If he cared enough to meet with her, she should have given him way to increase the grade. It sounds like she didn’t. It’s only high school Spanish class. Not life and death but it sounds like she may be took it a little too seriously. The narrator mentions a few times that she was known for holding her students to high standards. That’s a nice way of saying she was strict or tough on her students.

      RIGHT!!! When I came to the States I was so grateful! Makeup tests! multiple choice! Extra credit projects! I RARELY heard of these things in the Caribbean & the teachers who usually did it were the student teachers & it would be some complicated project that required you to come to school on a Saturday!

      Agreed. I use to get VERY emotional over low grades due to my parents being severe disciplinarians to the point of abuse over almost anything and my grades were no exception, but I never considered hurting anyone over the lower grade that I earned. RIP Ms. Graber.

      I don't believe the judge had a choice. I'm at least delighted that this judge sentenced them as adults and not juveniles. It would have been terrible and so much worse had they been treated as juveniles, so I am good with the sentence because the judge had no choice. The law would have to change for the opposite to occur.

    After about 2 years into their stint, they're going to lose their freaking minds when it REALLY sinks in that they have 2 years down and decades more to go. Also they are most likely not going to get out on their first try for parole. The first guy will be 53 by the time he is eligible for parole. All the GOOD years. Gone. GONE.

    I can't comprehend how you could kill a teacher over a grade at any age and how is someone able to convince another person to help them do it. I'm not sure people with minds like these should ever be free in society again.

    I got an F in high school. And another couple in college - I’m not good at math! I had straight A’s otherwise. It’s not a life sentence. But a murder conviction definitely is.

    As a retired teacher, I want to correct a statement used often in this video. The teacher did not give him an F on his report card. He did not do the work required to earn a grade higher than an F. Teachers do not "give grades." They report the grades that students make.

    My aunt has been a teacher her whole adult life. Years ago she was teaching either 4th or 5th grade and had a group of girls who didn't like her. These girls baked some cupcakes with rat poison in them and gave them to her. Luckily, she doesn't consume anything the kids give her. No one would have known except a boy that overheard the girls talking about it came forward. Crazy stuff.

    I’m a senior at Fairfield high school and I was a freshman when this all happened, I love these types of videos but it’s crazy to see it when it’s so closely related to you.     As an ex teacher yes, we would be careful especially high schooler..they would slash out tires, break glass, harass us etc..without having enough security for us.. it's heartbreaking to see the length this student went to, he's thrown away MANY (futures) way too early..😢

So young to have ruined their lives and to have taken the life of someone who offered and contributed so much to her society. if these monsters were not tried as adults then they could be released in two years - hardly fitting for the horrific crimes they committed.     I had a Spanish teacher named Yolanda Aguirre. She was the sweetest woman and loves elephants. Everyone wanted her class because she was NOT a super strict teacher though. Either way I can understand how this woman's students felt about her and I would be so sad if some POS killed Ms. Yolanda for some petty reason. Btw everyone called her Ms. Yolanda (her first name) and our principal even tried to disallow it because it was not formal, respectful or whatever 😂 Its like in family guy Consuela does the same thing "Mr Peter" lol
