Built a new Hydrodip tank

Needed a larger Hydrodip tank for longer stocks/barrels. This one is nearly twice as much volume as the old tank and has a flush system built in. This should speed up the cleaning process between dips. I installed a control system for water temp and pump cycle. This entire Hydrodip process has been a huge learning experience. This is way more difficult than the experts make it look. I’ve wasted hundreds of dollars in film, paint, and activator, just to get to this point. Now with many of my failures behind me I’m feeling a little better about this process. Hope you enjoyed seeing the new tank.
